We often order from Chippenham Kebab and Pizza House so this review will be indicative of the last time that we ordered which was in October 2023. We ordered from their website which is east to navigate and simply categorizes the types of food on offer. While the menu is not extensive, there is still plenty to choose from in the way of kebabs, pizzas, burgers and chips. I went for the chicken wrap and cheesy chips this time and my wife decided to go for a make-your-own pizza and hot wings. Recently, they have taken the fried chicken option off their menu. Last time we had it the chicken wasn't that great so it may be because of a supply issue or one of cost. Anyway my wife went for the hot wings instead to give them a go. The chicken wrap is always delicious and is like nicely-spiced chicken breast tenders in a tortilla wrap. It may be too salty for some people's taste but not for mine. The cheesy chips are always great and they manage to get the melt just right while keeping some semblance of crispiness on the majority of the chips. My wife's pizza was tasty, cheesy and generously populated with toppings. And the hot wings were delicious. The outer coating was terrific and crispy and moreish. The chicken on the inside was really tasty and they are much better than wings we have had from other places. They are not that hot, which was fine for us, but if you're looking for something with a bit more heat you might have to either add some hot sauce or look elsewhere. The delivery time was as quick as ever. It arrived in under half an hour. This is mainly the case with Chippenham Kebab and Pizza House unless there is a sports tournament or something like that where they may be busy. It's certainly quicker than waiting for a driver from somewhere like KFC. All in all, another enjoyable meal and we will be eating from here again.

The lamb in my shish kebab is dry and chewy and terrible! You ring them up to ask them to fix it after using them for weeks and they just hang up! Rubbish won’t use you ever again

The food there is really good the diner kebab is amazing the chips are crispy and soft in the middle very nice with a sours on top and the same with the kebab. The staff are really nice and friendly.thay did speak a lot because there was a bit of a language barrier but when thay did speak it was lovely and nice. I can't wait to go back.pps I wish you lot code lower your price a little. ???????

Really wish a 0 rating was availableBoth me and my wife unfortunately run out of time to cook for us and our three young children.We decided to order from Chippenham pizza and kebab House using the just eat app.When our food was delivered, a doner kebab ordered was luke warm, had no chilli sauce as orderedThe chips were cold and soggy (evidence they had been reheated in a microwave due to melted polystyrene boxTo top it off my wife ordered 2 slices of fudge cake which was delivered as 2 slices of gateau, when my wife opened the box it was completely frozen.I put in a complaint with the above and when I mentioned the gateau was frozen I was met with the response 'I know it was'Having read their reviews this has happened in the past.I was told on the phone 'we are allowed to make mistakes' but clearly this has happened beforeThe employee I spoke to really didn't care and didn't want to issue a refund. I explained we were not trying to pull a fast one but the dinner was actually quite revoltingThey then asked for us to send the food back to which I responded we were unable to however they were free to go through our bin and collect it (don't understand how they could prove it was cold if it is already in the bin)Customer service is disgusting and so is their attitudeI explained that gateau has to be defrosted at room temp over time otherwise it will be unsafe only to be expected to wait until tomorrow to eat..Certainly will not be ordering from these again
