Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

Order from here regularly, I'm a bit out in the middle of nowhere and they consistently deliver in about 20 mins, nothing ever missing, by far the most reliable takeaway available for me

Had several issues with food, wrong pizza or wrong topping. The manager is rude and says your making it up, because I want a free pizza! Never offers to replace food or offer any discount, will never use dominos again after this, very disappointed

Very tasty pizzas, parking on the main road, or nearby carpark. Friendly staff, nice to see the pizzas being made. Just a bit pricey for what they are.

Terrible customer service from manager. I have been buying from store regularly for the past year. Last time of ordering, one of our pizzas was made incorrectly with the wrong sauce. As it was late and a 20 minute drive to take it back, I decided to not take it straight back but mention it the next time I went in. Yesterday was the next time I went in. I spoke to the manager who told me he wasn't prepared to do anything about it and implied I was making it up! I wanted to order three large pizza again but did expect one of them to be at least heavily discounted to make up for last time. The manager was having none of it! Reviews on Google show I am not the only one to receive poor customer service. I won't be going back to the store again and suggest others avoid!!!

Very disappointed tonight as I was ordering pizzas online for me and my daughter, they had taken my money out my card then an hour went past I rang them to see if everything was ok for them to tell me that they don’t deliver to caravan sites with abuse down the phone!! FIRST and LAST time I will be ordering from that racist place :(

I visited this dominos tonight and the gentleman who spoke to me was incredibly rude and degrading in his language. Raising his voice and shouting. Please avoid.
the staff here are extremely rude. never before in my life have I been spoken to in such a demeaning way. I will be contacting my bank to make a chargeback and sending a written compliant to franchise owners. to all people of Chippenham AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well what a difference 5 miles makes. It makes a 5 star ? difference. I had a horrible experience at the Corsham store this evening when I was treated absolutely disgustingly by the assistant manager and sour faces brunette lady so I went back online and ordered again from Chippenham which was 5 miles away and hoped for the best. What a difference in atmosphere when I walked in, it actually felt like the staff wanted to be there as opposed to the staff in Corsham who looked like they were being held hostage. Had a lovely chat with 2 team members of the team and told them about Corsham and they just said "no comment" so that speaks absolute volumes. When I'm back in the area I will absolutely go to Chippenham over Corsham even though it means an extra 10 mile round trip. Customer service goes a long way and the Chippenham store delivered this in spades. Corsham need to take a leaf out of Chippenham's book and learn how it's done correctly ?????

If I could leave 0 stars I would, put chicken on my vegan pizza - then refuse to reply to emails or complains. Great customer service

Their "deals" are just getting more and more cheap. And I don't mean that as in we're spending less.You can't get anything but the most basic sides on deals. Each deal often means you get same price, give or take a few pounds. The price of drinks and cookies have gone massively up.I just saw one deal that was "any large pizza and a chicken side for £22". That's not a deal, that's just what they cost!50% off, etc only applies to pizza, which is extortionate as it is. I somehow doubt that making cheese on toast for £17 a time is making such a massive loss.You now you have to pay for delivery no matter what.If no one says anything, they'll just keep going.And, my god, it's a personal annoyance, but let the word Sumptuous die. You've used any life it had left...

Went to dominos in Chippenham today with my son to go get us dinner, asked if there was any kids meals and the guy specifically then said the options you can have are either dippers or fillets which come to £5.99 which come with wedges (got about 8) then he said I could get some fillets on there own with it and a drink to round it too £15 as that’s all I had on me and want to spend this all but had no time to look at the menu as I walked in and felt rushed, anyway after receiving my order it was just 3-4 fillets and and small handful of wedges plus the 1.5l which came to £13.50? They then wouldn’t talk to me and fix this due to me swearing underneath my breath which was a fine excuse for them to excuse me out and not continue service which was my own muck up but I never get frustrated over a simple order I know I asked for and didn’t receive, ofcourse my son will still be eating but I will not due to my meal being missing, Very rude service escalating the situation and then wondering why a customer curses at them under there breath! This was my order if I can attach the photo it’s a disgrace I could of got 5 happy meals for that at McDonald’s ? but on my way out I then asked the guy who served me again the question he asked me at the first point of my order and he then agreed to what I said? Then I looked at the other guy and said see he even admits it just want me out cause I swore quietly when they could of just fixed my order after the 5 times I had already asked.
