First impression was very dirty we were originally going to eat in but the standards were appalling!!! Filthy seats and tables!!!We bought 2 x steak slices and 1 x corned beef slice.Tasted ok so didn’t seem to be a problem.That evening both of us suffered with severe diarrhoea which is very unusual for us. We hadn’t eaten anything else that afternoon so it had to be what we bought from you. We won’t be back ever again.

This Gregg's is very good it has everything you need and the coffee is lovely the stuff are nice and friendly and very attentive the donuts are to die for and the sausage rolls as well I would recommend eny one go there is worth it

Been here a few times,good bacon and sausage rolls. Went back for second time today... I asked for a bag for my 4 box of doughnuts the lady jus put the bag on top the doughnuts... well the bag is not practical for boxes to fit in how are u giving out bags where u can't sit the product in properly. Filling and topping stick to box where it can sit in the bag flat

It's great if you get the food piping hot but if you get warm food it doesn't taste great. I took mine back after being served a room temperature beano, they were very apologetic and gave me a new one that was nice and hot. I wonder if there is a way to make sure the food is always handed to the customer nice and hot?

Greggs in the town in Chippenham brilliant excellent service extra very nice and polite only one problem it's a cups lids don't seal on the cups and they spill when you put them in the cup holder apart from that 100% happy

I love there roll's and festive bakes very tasty I would give them more stars staff are very friendly and helpful .
You get what you get with greggs. If you get that at the right time you get a piping hot sausage roll, if not its just warm but still tastes great.

Very long queue due to only 2 of the 4 staff serving - slowly. After a long wait no vegan rolls as they had not noticed they were running out, left empty handed.
