Usual, although expensive, version of Greggs.....when will motorway prices become realistic???!!!!Fuel overpriced, one member of staff serving a queue of about 10 people and trying to cope with people buying coffee/ good etc as well as the main fuel forecourt

Sausage roll was cold, as in not heated, and didn't say anything... like it was normal...? What's the point of greggs if the food is served fridge cold...???

I wish I could rate lower. No queue system. People can just push in wherever they like. Big queue, 4 staff members only 1 of them working, serving anyone that pushes in the queue.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting and seriously un hygeinc for use. All other services required were ok.
A regular at least weekly user of these services throughout 30 years of my driving life. Very tired when ill one day I felt it’d be dangerous for me to drive further (not long after midnight a nearly empty car park). Abiding by responsible driving advice I pulled in unaware of parking restrictions and slept intending to be an hour I was obviously longer and as a consequence received a massive fine in the post. Driving safety advertisements have always said, feeling tired pull over. Services charge more expensive prices and exist benefiting for the captive motorway user in exactly these reasons. Well I won’t be using these or any Moto services in future so they’ll lose out in the long run. Within a mile of junction 17 so 2 miles from the services is a large petrol station at Stanton or a truck stop on route to Sutton Benger, no issues getting on or off the motorway by the way..

I stopped off here, West bound site to have a small snack before making my way home. My friend was driving and car park had plenty of spaces. After stopping at the loo... I went to the slightly over priced Costa.. hardly any food suitable for me. So we decided on Greg's. Now.. this is by no means a complaint about the young lad working there... but the queue kept on growing as he worked hard getting orders sorted. I asked if he was on his own..he said his colleague was on a break. There was 100% enough trade to have a minimum of one extra staff member to cover breaks... speed up service...this poor lad... he was honestly going as fast as he could. I used to work for Moto.. and for a catering outlet.. was one of the worst places for staffing levels and allowing what staff they have to be ground down by them constantly playing catch up.. Just based on the time I was there...I'd say the average spend was £10 +/- ... this lad was taken that 2 to 3 times per minute... go to the hire level... that's £30 per minute....or £1800 in an hour... even on just over minimum wage... they could afford more people... The food was a tad stale but tasted ok.. and coffee was good..so not all bad

One of the most grim places on earth . Had to park in a puddle full on faeces. Went inside used the horrifically dirty toilets and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for a KFC on account of the incompetent staff which also didn't give our whole order but there was no point chasing it up on account of them being so useless.

Burger Kings at services was busy (but not mad) so expected food to be at least slightly hot. Whopper burger tepid and chilli cheese bites had clearly been reheated so many times that they no longer resembled any cheese I side and even they they still were not hot!! How can you kill these things so badly. If you normally like a BK avoid this place and choose something else.

I pass through a lot , photographed and reported overflowing/ unemptied bins and litter blowing into countryside reported 3/4 times in 4 weeks - today 23/8/22 litter has been left for at least 4 days
