We finally had a chance to try the food, superb.Kani couldn't have been nicer and made us feel so at home. Adapted the meal for my gluten allergy. Dog friendly ❤️

From time of entry to food on table, it took 50 minutes for my Full English to arrive. Maybe it was a one-off, maybe I was unlucky, but I can only judge by the service I received. When you're starting to wonder if it's just best to ask for a refund, it's not a good start. As it is, the food itself was pretty good. The sausage was just okay but everything else was good - the bacon was cooked to perfection. The place itself looks nice and has a good atmosphere.

Went for a family lunch and had a mix of eggs Benedict, paninis and a kids breakfast. All very tasty and generous portions, served with a smile. Perfect.

I’ve used Grounded before and the food has always been pretty good, However today I went in to order a breakfast for myself and a relative. There was no one behind the counter so we sat down at a table for almost 10 minutes with no one appearing or approaching us. I noticed a scruffy looking lad with his feet on one of the tables in the corner. After a while he turned and looked at me & I said to him ‘do you know if there is anyone taking orders today’. He replied ‘I can take an order for you’. So said person was clearly the Customer service representative! It was so cringeworthy that we instantly left without ordering. I won’t ever return until this individual is replaced by someone who actually offers some form of customer service.

Visited to get some brunch, ordered two full breakfasts, went to go check after around 40 minutes as another table who had ordered after me had their food arrive before ours did. When i askedthey said they hadn’t started on our food yet…the place was not even busy so hard to understand how this happened. Used to go here occasionally but now will not be visiting back again. Disappointed.
