Service is so slow that the food is cold by the time you get it, if you go through the drive through, then you will usually be asked to park in the carpark to wait to receive your order, which again is usually cold.NEVER drive off without checking your order, as 9 times out of 10 there are items not in the bag.

Wait an hour and a half for delivery. Order was either wrong or completely missing. What did turn up was cold. Was given a code to get missing items replaced at store when I want to go in. They even had the gall to blame the drivers for taking wrong orders all the time. Absolutely terribleDietary restrictions: Don’t buy if you want your food hot

Really poor service at this McDonalds, last 2 visits we queued for ages at the drive through, before being directed to the car park where we waited ages for our food. There seems to be plenty of staff, but organisation is perhaps lacking? It’s certainly not FAST food!! The service always used to be good, won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

Usually cold/cooling, not well put together burgers, soggy fries, half empty drinks (assuming they haven't been knocked over during delivery).By far the worst McDonalds I've been to whether its take out, deliver or dine in... And thats saying something, so we'll done McDonalds Chippenham!

Would give 0 stars if possible. The most disgusting McDonald’s EVER and won’t be ordering or returning again. Food arrived.. oh wait no it didn’t because we only got sent our drinks which were only a quarter full with most of it at the bottom of the bag seeping all over the floor. Rang both the delivery driver and store over 10 times with no answer. Finally got an answer to be told it was a fault on their end and will have the food resent out. Haven’t got high hopes as there’s not been one time where they’ve got out order right. Never include straws or sauce despite paying for sauce, forever missing items and can’t even cook food properly. Drinks are 9/10 flat. Appalling service all round. Avoid at all costs, save your money and go elsewhere!

I ordered a burger yesterday but made sure I ordered with no onions, as I am allergic. The delivery took way too long (about an hour) and my food was pretty cold when it arrived. The burger I ordered had red onion in, so I had to give it to a family member as I couldn't eat it. It's a good thing I double checked the burger otherwise I would've likely had a pretty nasty allergic reaction. Absolutely awful.

I ordered a happy meal because I wanted a light dinner and I ordered a cheeseburger and chips, I took off from my order the mustard and onions and when I got back to the car they had mustard and onions in the burger so they not only didn’t listen to my requests, they also decided to take out the actual burger patty so I DIDNT EVEN GET A BURGER. I double checked my receipt and I DEFINITELY did not take out the burger. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning as this is not the first time they have messed up my order but this was a different level of stupid.
During my visit there were at least 10 staff members all looking busy not doing very much. I assume the 25 minute wait and 15 orders after of mine, but we’re given out first that my simple order of chicken selects was one of the more complex orders of this evenin, clearly the staff did not care about their soul purpose of making money money for McDonald’s and making customers happy with decent food and semi decent service. When I eventually received my food after chasing it up several times, the chicken selects were freezing cold, the chips were hot but were ridiculously crispy and really tasted of oil, so I thought I would wash this all down with my lovely refreshing Coca-Cola. No! The Coke was Flat and tasted like Robinsons mixed with Coca-Cola. I have absolutely no idea how McDonald’s could get this so incredibly wrong. My recommendation to management (not that they will read it nor care), is to ensure there is decent leadership in the restaurant at all times, as clearly there wasn’t any tonight.

The experience at McDonald's in general has gone from mediocre to just plain terrible.On this particular stop, we went for an early dinner as we have a 2yr old with us who eats earlier. As she absolutely loves McDonald's chips and we never really eat there anyway, we thought we'd give it a shot.From arrival, the car park (which is like one big one-way system) was blocked by a Deliveroo type driver. Most of the available tables were covered in the last person's mess with nobody actively cleaning up (they were eventually cleaned when we asked for ours to be wiped down). The food took a while to get to us, over 20 minutes and it was almost stone cold when it did arrive. To add to this, there were no sauces available and no ice in the drinks. There were no happy meal toys either, but this isn't a big deal for us.Parking: Parking is very tight. If you've got a bigger car, be cautious.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available.Wheelchair accessibility: I'd say there is wheelchair accessibility however it would be very tight. Not much space to manoeuvre when busy.

Absolute carnage in McDonald's tonight. Waited over 20 mins for food which was cold and missing items. Also, fizzy drinks were flat and when this was pointed out, staff just said "yeah it's not working". They continued to serve 'fizzy' drinks without letting customers know. Rubbish.
