Stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Jordan did a great job of checking us in to the hotel. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Great locationNoteworthy details: Opposite a large Morrisons supermarket not an easy area to walk around though as mainly just off the ring road

Cheap and cheerful pub next door but nowhere to wander really it's on an Industrial EstateFood & drinks: Pub rights Cross Road about 80 feet away great food

Great service, was allowed to check in half an hour before the check-in time. Staff or someone is always there. But had a bit of an issue when going into Premier Inn through the roundabout but overall great area. Very quiet and helpful staff from the restaurant next door to it.Safety: Very safe, a lot of doors in the hallways to get to rooms.

We booked at the last minute, we think we got one of the last rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, maybe because we were so tired after our car breaking down and being out in the cold for hours. The bed was very comfortable. The staff on duty were very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The breakfast at the Brewers Fayre was really lovely, too. All in all, this hotel made a really horrible experience a little less horrible with the comfort, warmth, and cleanliness.Thank you for helping us out.

Quiet comfortable room however for the second time (out of 5 visits) the HDMI socket in the room was bent and broke which was disappointing as this is a feature or the premier plus room. The only big negative of this hotel is the carpark due to all the tradesman vans taking up all the spaces meaning if you get back after 4pm there is nowhere to park due to these vans taking up all the spaces especially since some take up multiple spaces due to their size

Stayed 2 nights with 2 family rooms. Regular uses of Premier Inn.Rooms: the set up wasn't right. We had 2 adults and a child in one room, beds were fine. The other was 1 adult, 2 children - there should have been 1 double, 2 singles, but instead it was 1 of each.Positives: the location was good for us seeing family; free parking; nearby Morrisons cafe does a nice breakfastNegatives: the window is broken and won't open meaning there's no fire escape or ventilation; the electric heater clicks constantly so we couldn't use it; there's a hole in the wall, badly filled and not painted; one bedside table missing completely; black mould in the bathroom; disgusting skirting boards throughout; smell of cigarettes in the bathroom; no milk left to make tea/coffee; very noisy, we didn't sleep past 3amRooms: They're poor compared to other Premier Inns I've stayed at.Nearby activities: The pub next door has a small soft play areaSafety: Window being stuck closed is a real concern.Walkability: It's on a dual carriageway. It's not walkable really.

Room was tidy, good nights sleep. Breakfast and Dinner were good, room for improvement. No bad surprises.Rooms: Tidy, comfortable beds, study table, hair dryer, kettle for making morning tea.Food & drinks: Acceptable breakfast selection. Fruits could have been fresher, juices could have been better.Dinner menu standard.
