First visit to Rivo and I was very impressed! Great choice of menu choices including a separate vegan menu.The Bang Bang Cauliflower, served with noodles, pak choi, tenderstem broccoli, mushrooms and sugar snap peas topped with bang bang coconut sauce, sesame seeds and chill was absolutely delicious and I could have eaten it twice over! The halloumi burger served with hummus, roasted peppers, tomato, red onion and chipotle chilli jam and a side portion of chips was also very good.The service was very quick, despite being Friday night busy.Would definitely recommend and revisit.

We left feeling a bit miffed this evening as all of our food wasn’t great and my 3 year old had spilt my whole drink all over me which cost me £9.25 and it wasn’t replaced, even after the staff had witnessed it. Considering it was mothers day too, this put a dampener on my day. When being served at the bar the staff did seem quite nice just a shame they couldn’t go the extra mile to a mum on mothers day.

Absolute gem of a bar/restaurant/hangout spot. Something Chippenham has badly needed for a while and one of the best examples of its kind in Wiltshire (Trowbridge has a Lounge but the vibe is very different). The aesthetic is quirky, the food is fantastic and reasonably priced, and the menu caters well to omnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike. I have been coming here for a long time now and while the staff have changed around a fair bit in that time, I've always had good service.
Brunch was good. I ordered the lounge eggs with bacon and they came out originally undercooked. The staff immediately brought a new meal and took the price off our bill without being asked. Great service!

We visited Rivo Lounge on a Monday evening which meant we got a free pudding with our mains. The food was excellent. We all had burgers of different types, which were really good and the puddings were great, no small measures because they were free. Staff were attentive and friendly and the food came quickly. Much better than your usual microwaved pub grub. I recommend a visit
