We had an early afternoon appointment at the local hospital so it was perfect for lunch beforehand. It's a Hungry Horse, nothing grand, just good food at a reasonable price, friendly staff and ample parking. Recommend.

Happy looking staff. Didn't have to wait long to be served or for food. Very nice relaxed atmosphere.

Food is not amazing but for the price I think it's very good. My daughter said her salmon was over cooked but she is extremely fussy and that was the only issue she had out of a 3 course meal. For a large family on a budget I personally think this is the best around for same price range places.

Came in as a group of 10 after a day out including 5 wheelchairs 2 that transferred to chairs food came out very hot and fresh we all enjoyed it very much gluten free menu good choice only downside was no gluten free beer/ale which is a preferred option. And also getting abuse of another customer as we had a mini bus parked in the disabled bays and he had to waitWheelchair accessibility: Pretty good inside parking space not greatDietary restrictions: Gluten free pretty good just need more choices for beer/ale drinkers

I was really disappointed, we came here thinking we would try it as we haven't been in 10 years , it was my daughters 18th , we had the 2 pub classics for £11.99 ,Well, when it came out, it was a very small portion , 2 onion rings, 10 chips , and 2 small dried up chicken breasts with dried up bbq sauce and bacon. We were still hungry after and had to go to McDonald's to make up for the food being awful.I appreciate that when it's a deal, you may get less, but this was bad .We won't be trying this again , which is a shame as we have been to a few hungry horses and had lovely meals on offer, butthis one was the worst. And I felt bad for my daughter it was her birthday meal 18th as well .

I booked table for my family. There feed back was awful, which is unusual for them. Meal was awful half what should have been on plate wasn't ( mixed grill). Was disappointed with staff as well

Nice clean tables and facilities were all in good order. Plenty of food at reasonable prices. Don't expect cordon bleu as it's not that sort of place! If you just want a cheap family meal then then it's the place to go.Vegetarian options: Some vegan options

An average hungry horse. The prices are reasonable and the pub has a nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking. The food is average and the service was a little slow. All in all a good visit

Not sure if this establishment has had a recent decor but it's very clean, tidy and was a pleasure to visit. Staff welcoming, food was very good and reasonably priced. Would be happy to return.

Very poor quality of ales, cloudy and sour.Sunday roast was dismall, overcooked stewed vegetables, soggy roast potatoes, no stuffing, no cranberry sauce for Turkey (only do this at Christmas).Staff avoiding us for table check. Filthy toilets ( no checks made for 2 days). Broken wash basin tap. Will not recommend or return to this very poor managed, filthy place.

We stopped off in here on the way back from Bristol Airport a couple of Sunday's back hoping to get a Sunday roast, unfortunately this was off the menu so decided on making do with the alternatives. The alternatives we opted for were actually very good, the mix and match i had was very good, very tasty and decent sized portions. The service was both prompt and friendly and all at a very reasonable price,my only negative comment would be on the poor state of the Men's toilet which left a lot to be desired and is in serious need of updating with all of the required amenities.

Food was very good, but the place needs some TLC. Gent's Toilet was really bad.

This popular chain offers reasonable food at a reasonable price. But the large throughput of customers has left the restaurant tired and in need of a refresh. The staff work hard and go through the usual pleasantries but it seems a little insincere and forced.Food is ok. Prices are on a par with Wetherspoons but with the added skillets and steaks.Parking: Good free parking

Stopped in today for lunch and from the moment we walked in found the staff to be very pleasant and could not of been more attentive throughout our meal!! Even the lady behind the bar altered my food order for me which I had placed 5 minutes earlier without any drama.I had one of the Saturday offers which was the Full Monty Mixed Grill and it was excellent value for money as was my wife’s steak and both meals were cooked to perfection. The restaurant side we ate in was bright and clean with nice decor and we would definitely visit again in the future. It might not look the prettiest pub from the outside but 10/10 for our experience although if I had I gripe it would be the men’s toilet in the side we sat, come on GreenKing/Hungry Horse the radiator looks terrible pretty much rusty all over the top(and when I say rusty well we’ll just leave it at that!!)and the tap on the sink doesn’t even have a push down top on it it’s just the pin sticking up bare, come on just sort it out!!

Don't usually have a problem here but the last time we visited, we had a problem, burnt inedible food, will definitely think twice about returning
