Really poor service from the Friday staff. Rude and unprofessional was incrediblly stingey and did not offer much in terms of customer care. The price I paid for the amount given is disappointing when compared to other stores that I have been to. I didn’t recieve the double portion requested and was provided with a rude remark when I asked to check if this was the right amount.

I popped on for a quick sandwich on the way to the train station and I was so impressed with Christian's friendly and knowledgeable service. He advised me on all the vegan options, showed me how the vegan products were kept and served separely from the meat - even advising on the honey in one of the breads - and pointing out the award winning vegan cookies. His recommendation was fantastic as the vegan steak and cheese sub he made was delicious. Thank you :)

Food is good even here lots of times and only had 1 or 2 rude staff to me but the others where amazing and made up for it. Foods worth it in the price but the cookies arnt that great. Tastes salty.

We visit this store on a Saturday afternoon 2 staff on duty the man served us food was ok so we went for the meal deal that we always have in every subway we visit and we’ve been in a few to be told drinks are not refillable due to the teenagers hanging around after putting a complaint in I was told a different story by the area manager that they’ve never done refillable so why is the machine where customers can assess get your story right glad this is not my local subway there just cheap skates post mix pop costs them pennies
1 word...fantastic. Very hygienic, friendly helpful staff and amazing food. I'm a massive subway fan but over the years, I have seen some horrific stores. Chippenham store is 1 of the best...if not the best. Will definitely be seeing me soon ❤️

The actual food is tasty but there’s a certain member of staff who is simply rude. Speaking over when ordering and talking so fast. Very patronising to customers and heard him be unpleasant to a younger staff member which was sad. Makes the experience unenjoyable. He has a long dark pony tail which isn’t in a hair net. Just cuts people off every time they speak which is so frustrating. Other members of staff are lovely but this guy is letting the store down.
