A great lunch or casual dinner place is right in the supermarket! We had a great meal when we just went in for a quick snack after a successful food shopping trip. Kudos to the kitchen staff, especially JASON, who made us feel welcome and served up some great food (fish and chips, cheeseburgers, fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets for the children). I'd go back any time we're shopping in Chippenham.

Had an amazing lunch experience at Restaurant Hub Chippenham! The breakfast bacon bap was delicious and the fish and chips were spot-on. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. A big shoutout to Jay, one of the employees, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

It's a restaurant in a superstore! That said, I have always been happy with the service and food. Perhaps a slightly larger menu choice would be good. I have recommended it to others.

When more available it's a Very nice setup and people working there ?Sometimes only one there having to do everything except cook! So too much to do easily or quickly.

I had a delightful experience at the Restaurant Hub in Sainsbury's Chippenham! I ordered the classic Cod, Chips, and Peas, and it was cooked to perfection. The fish was tender and flaky, the chips were crispy, and the peas were tasty. To finish off my meal, I had a delicious piece of cake and a hot cup of coffee that were both lovely. What stood out the most to me was the exceptional customer service I received from the staff. They were so friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive to my needs, and their enthusiasm and professionalism were impressive.Overall, I highly recommend the Restaurant Hub in Sainsbury's Chippenham for anyone who wants a delicious meal and a great dining experience. Thanks to the excellent food and amazing staff, I had a wonderful time, and I look forward to coming back soon! ?

We came in when it was quiet and ordered from our table. After a long wait they finally realised that an order had been placed and then still had to check what drinks were ordered. When the food finally came the eggs were all crunchy and black on the bottom and full of shell, when I spoke to the manager he said that it was because they were cooked with the mushrooms..... even though the mushrooms were stone cold. For myself I ordered fish and chips with mushy peas with bread and butter which turned up on the smallest plate possible with no mushy peas or bread and butter. Even after saying he'd go get them for me the manager proceeded to forget and returned to chatting by the till. No condiments were offered or available. Staff were polite but didn't seem to know what was going on. Overall pretty poor show.

Forgot one of our breakfasts and then when they finally bought it out it was wrong. Instead of taking it back and bring out the correct big Ed’s breakfast my husband was told to eat what he had in front of him and they would bring the extra food out seperately. He said take it back and give him a refund as we were nearly already finished. The manageress took the food back and we could clearly see staff talking about us and looking at us leaving us feeling extremely uncomfortable. When we got ready to leave the manageress still hadn’t done our refund of the missing breakfast so I then asked a young lady who had just started her shift about it and she went out back to get the manageress. When she came out she glared at us, done the refund then offered 2 slices of cake to make up for it which my husband declined. We had our autistic son with us and our granddaughter and it was just an awful experience. We had been in there before and had a really enjoyable experience so for this to happen on our 2nd visit it was extremely disappointing. Sadly we won’t be visiting againKid-friendliness: There is not a kid friendly menu with very little option to make changes for them. Especially autistic children

Went for lunch with the kiddos (£6 fish & chips, best price around!) Food was lovely & hot when it came out. The staff are all really friendly & nothing is too much to ask for. Definitely coming back
