“I was working nearby this Subway and, as options were limited for lunch, I popped in for a breakfast sub. I was really surprised it was not busier for the lunch rush but, although there were only 3 customers in front of me, service was quite slow with only two staff and a trainee. The lady who took my sandwich order seemed a bit stressed and unhappy, despite my best efforts to be cheerful and there was no-one after me. But the gentleman at the till was much chattier and as I left I noticed the place was empty. The food was really good and there was plenty availabilty from what I could tell (I was able to pick my favourite cookie). The coffee was just what I needed too.I had hoped to get lunch delivered to where I was working due to time restraints, but this Subway did not offer dispensed drinks for delivery (and I really NEEDED coffee!) and the delivery was the highest I've seen! Clearly a deterrent for delivery orders and I wonder if they had adequate staffing for the service anyway? Perhaps it's my ignorance to the area.Anyway, food was good and I was happy.”
