57, 58 New Park St, DevizesFantastic experience!We went in as a last minute decision for dinner. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I asked what I could have as a vegan, and the waiter came over, explained the menu with three clear allergen listings and gave recommendations. I ended up having a curry that is usually lamb, but he made it with veg instead. Was very knowledgeable about allergens in the rice and breads and made me a special rice to accommodate. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I will definitely go back!Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan options and very knowledgeable staff

Maryport St, DevizesHad Sunday lunch for Mother's day. Food was fantastic and service amazing and a little gift for the Mum's. Made the day even more special..... The Frickles (?) are amazing as was the roast dinner and my brother enjoyed the brownie sundae... The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and really looked after us..... Will definitely be going back??

Unit 6, Old Swan Yard, DevizesGood food. Server was unpolished (calling us ‘mate’ rather than ‘sir’ for example) and working hard run off his feet with only 2 tables occupied on a mid week evening - server was friendly and helpful - he just needs to be more ‘polished’ in the approach. Food was good quality and tasty. Would return when visiting the area again.

3 Parade Sidmouth St, DevizesJust had to give nothing less than 5 stars, I placed an order of a burger, some cheesy chips and pieces of fried chicken and they were all piping hot and absolutely delicious! The chicken was on par with, if not better than KFC! Delivery was quick and person who delivered was very polite. Will DEFINITELY order again.

Garden Trading Estate, London Rd, DevizesI was working nearby this Subway and, as options were limited for lunch, I popped in for a breakfast sub. I was really surprised it was not busier for the lunch rush but, although there were only 3 customers in front of me, service was quite slow with only two staff and a trainee. The lady who took my sandwich order seemed a bit stressed and unhappy, despite my best efforts to be cheerful and there was no-one after me. But the gentleman at the till was much chattier and as I left I noticed the place was empty. The food was really good and there was plenty availabilty from what I could tell (I was able to pick my favourite cookie). The coffee was just what I needed too.I had hoped to get lunch delivered to where I was working due to time restraints, but this Subway did not offer dispensed drinks for delivery (and I really NEEDED coffee!) and the delivery was the highest I've seen! Clearly a deterrent for delivery orders and I wonder if they had adequate staffing for the service anyway? Perhaps it's my ignorance to the area.Anyway, food was good and I was happy.

Plenty of it too!

The Locks, DevizesDespite my muddy dog making a mess by shaking mud all over the place as soon as we got in ? there was a very warm welcome, with reassurances not to worry! Good coffee and fabulous home made cheese scone with chilli jam. They were so delicious I bought 2 to take with me. Thank you, a lovely experience especially as I thought they would be closed in December!

Valley Golf Ltd, The Range, Sleight Ln, DevizesBeen here a few times now, always lovely freshly cooked food, the Breakfast is excellent, drinks are also very good, prices are good, all in all a nice place to sit outside in the sun enjoying good company food and drinks. I don't play golf so can't comment on the driving range but my son has and says it is very good.

11 The Market Pl, DevizesUsed this place recently twice now in the last few days, im currently classed as homeless but not on the streets after fleeing domestic violence. Went in today with limited funds but they gave me extra chips and a curry sauce on them. The guy who served me Mahet? Was very welcoming and friendly and remembered me and he was very understanding of my situation. The food was amazing and the best place for chips. I would deffo recommend and will deffo be going back. Thank you Market Plaice!!!

20 St.John's St, DevizesOur second visit to the Lamb, as before, a very warm welcome at a genuine old establishment. Our party of seven were catered for with our pre-ordered Sunday lunches, both beef and chicken choices. All our favourite vegetables, with at least seven different on the plate, lashings of gravy, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing. After a short interval, desserts arrived, consisting of pineapple upside down cake, caramel ice-cream, strawberry cheesecake, apple crumble and custard. Landlord commented that we were welcome to return as we all sent back cleared plates to the kitchen. Our compliments to the chef.... Thank you for a lovely day.

The lady who took the order on the phone was friendly, helpful and sounded genuinely pleased to get a large order (not always the case with other takeaways). When I arrived the following day to pick up the order at the set time it was all ready to go, packaged easily with guidance as to what was in each box. The staff were very friendly too. The food was perfectly cooked (no soggy batter) and delicious. Excellent all-round.

St.John's St, DevizesNice enough multi roomed Wetherspoons, interior nice and well kept so much so I thought it had a recent refurb (customers told me not the case). Couple of decent Stonehenge guest ales on day of my visit, all ok. Service quick and polite.Previously a drapers premises according to the framed pics on the wall.Not sure on the exterior colouring always think Wetherspoons suits a nice dark blue colour, the red just reminds of High Plains Drifter ?. This pub should be included on your drinking visit to Devizes ...Cheers, Matty

The St, Marden, DevizesThe food was really good. I had the seabream which was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were cooked just right too. Loved the cauliflower cheese... Those I was with had toad in the hole, and the roast beef, which I was told was all excellent too. Highly recommended by me.

34 Monday Market St, DevizesHere is a complete gem for those wanting to stay in an ancient pub in a town centre with wiggley woodwork, a great bar, good solid food and a warm welcome. This is not five star International hotel accommodation, but it is clean, warm and when everybody has left the pub it is quiet. . Double glazing keeps out the traffic noise, and a good central heating system keeps it warm in winter. The food is pretty good too. I recommend the beef dripping burger ! ?

Nursteed Rd, DevizesTrying to find a half way point which was dog friendly resulting in finding this place on google. We weren’t disappointed.Wonderful home cooked food at a good price. The mains were delicious and substantial, and so knew the puds must be of the same quality. Any one of us could have gone for the clean plate award for our mains and puds. The lady serving us was also very lovely and patient, and served with a smile. Definite recommendation.
