I went in here with my mother, she ordered a sandwich and tea for herself and a tea plus one slice of toast for me, we waited over 15mins for the tea and sandwiche but the other tea and toast was completely forgotten about.Later we ordered an americano for a friend and that was totally forgotten about too.Funny though they remember to take your money !!!

Poor and very slow service.Asked for a 2nd cup and got told no by a miserable serving staff.Behind the counter looked dirty and disorganised.Not recommend.

I visited Jack's today with a Friend, we looked at Menu and although the Breakfast Menu was finished it was no trouble for the young man to make us Bacon/Egg Naps which we thoroughly enjoyed with a cup of delicious coffee topped with a heart! The Staff were outstanding, will definitely call again Thank you Guys Gillian and Jan

Best milkshake I’ve ever had and the staff and cafe are the best you could ask for and I Come most days from Sherston to have a milkshake because I’ve not found anything as good so 5stars to jackdaws Malmesbury to the quality standards and great staff,if you haven’t already visited them then please check them out and enjoy a milkshake

The ice cream milkshake turned out to be made with ice cubes, chocolate powder and milk, not ice cream as advertised. When the rest of the order eventually came out half of it was missing and the 'annoyed' glance I received from the woman serving us whan i asked for the rest of the order kinda summed up the place. This was my second visit, both were of the same standard. We won't be back!
Had the best bacon and egg bap ever. Egg was perfect and I was even asked how runny I’d like it. Coffee was good too.

We have been here for breakfast several times and always enjoy it. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful.Just a lovely little place to stop off at while visiting Malmesbury. See you again soon!

We had a bit of a glass disaster outside! The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. They were so kind to us. And as you can imagine we were mortified but we were still welcomed and had our wonderful panini‘s and milkshakes - five star all round.
