My wife and I were looking to break a journey from Kent to Bristol and didn't fancy stopping on the M4 services for lunch. She looked up a "dog-friendly pub near junction 15" on Google whilst en route and The Bakers Arms was recommended. We were greeted extremely warmly, including the dog, (who was given a biscuit). Service was brisk and cheerful throughout. The food was lovely: ham egg & chips and Bakers Arms famous battered cod & chips - and generously portioned. Great country pub. It was good to see enough people drinking and dining to create a nice atmosphere. Bradbury village itself is full of character and all in all a thoroughly enjoyable stop for lunch.Parking: A small car park opposite the pub was almost full, but we parked on the road when we visited. There was plenty of space.

Really lovely pub that we found on our way to Bristol! The service was great and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious - we had the fish and chips and chicken burger which were both great! They also allowed dogs which was a bonus for us with our pup! We will return next time we are in the area.

My first time here but was with family who’ve been here before. They recommended we visit and I wasn’t disappointed. Food was hot and plentiful with great service and a nice atmosphere. I had the sausage and mash but, swapped the mash for the chips which wasn’t a problem for the establishment. I also tried some of my partners chicken and bacon lasagna, which was home made at the Bakers Arms and though I wouldn’t have thought to put those ingredients together,it was delicious. I’m sure we will return.

We visited early January and had an very good experience there. The burgers (meat &the vegan one) where excellent. And the staff were extraordinarily friendly.

Called in while travelling home on the M4 on a Saturday evening. We had a comfortable table to eat and a decent selection on the menu. I had prawns to start, a delicious steak for mains and an apple crumble for dessert. Lovely fresh half of Arkells beer too. Good service and value.

Besides best fish and chips ever, the staff were welcoming, accommodating and absolutely uplifting! We arrived with a stressed out doggy and we were welcomed and shown a table where we were all so comfortable. I can't thank them enough.

First time here - didn't book which was almost an issue but being a 2 they squeezed us in . I actually didn't have the cod , I had fish cakes off the specials board and they were very nice . Wife had a burger which was also great . It's table service which is much appreciated as it simplifies matters , We will definitely return
