*edit to reflect owners responseI absolutely am a real customer and you did not offer free drinks or have anything positive to say to resolve the situation at the time so you must be confusing us with other unhappy customers on the same night.You seem fixated on my other reviews. Rather than shouting "fake" step back, take a breath and examine why people are more likely to share their bad experiences versus the good. Your attitude speaks volumes on how you value your customers.We came back for that third time as things happen and we wanted to be optimistic and understanding towards a local business but now we know for sure the owner is more interested in fighting back angrily versus listening to their customers you have validated our decision to not bother again. My review wasn't rude and just because you don't understand how to receive constructive criticism it certainly wasn't fake.You know when you go somewhere and you can see it could be amazing but turns out to be just meh. That's this place. I really love mexican food and thought we would try out this place for a lucky third time. The first two times (back when they first opened) I ended up with a bad tummy so I was a little cautious but do love to support local business where possible, especially post covid. The food took ages (totally understandable on a Friday night) but the organisation of ordering feels chaotic and unprofessional from the perspective of the customer. Happy to wait/order and come back for good food but the food was wrong unfortunately (even after we tried to triple check everything) which is disappointing especially after being patient and waiting nearly two hours for our order. One dish was not what we had attempted to order at all (simple tortilla chips and guacamole) but ended up being disappointingly soggy, overly cooked chips with a huge handful of chillies on top which we couldn't even eat. I'm very very happy to part with my money if the food is cracking, sadly last night's food was not. Strong 'get in, order and get out' vibes given off from the staff (cooks) and front of house seemed a little confused and overwhelmed (maybe new and was also taking phone orders) so it's not really a nice experience when ordering. Hopefully the business has plans to improve how things are run and not just keep on like this as currently it's an order once and not bother to return kind of joint.

Incredible each time!! Can't wait to go again. If I had one thing to improve on, say, be nice if bus orders were seperate to takeaway (less wait) but then, it's only one team. So completely understandable. Food quality is too good to mess with.

Lovely Mexican really good food and welcoming staff. You can take away or eat in on the top deck nice and informal with great food, I would give the Mexican version of the coke a try it’s delicious and just adds to then experience I say.If you are looking for table service or more formal dinning in then this might not be for you but if you are willing to adapt to the quirkiness then I believe you will have a fantastic time.Nice little hidden gem again .Parking: Lots off and free

Frankly the best food in the whole of Swindon. I’ve had to force myself to only eat there once or twice per week otherwise I’ll get overweight. Every time I try something new off the menu I’m more than pleasantly surprised. The guys in there are serious about their food and friendly good serviceDeserve 10 stars

Loveeeeeeed my visit to Bandido Burritos!I asked about Keto friendly options and Greg the owner & chef didn’t hesitate to cater to my requests.Absolutely incredible Keto friendly meal and my boyfriend loved his quesadilla and tacos.Highly recommend! Lovely, helpful and friendly staff as well as incredible tasting food!

The burritos in this place are amazing! Very good value for money and the food tastes incredible. There is a little wait, and when they are overly busy you may get turned away because they sometimes only take Internet orders, but when you can get the food there, its worth it! The portion sizes are always brilliant. It's food I always look forward to eating.

Visited Bookers. And Noticed Very Smartly Refurb Bus. I was feeling hungry so tried the Chicken and Rice dish.Nice tasting also Good size Portion. Took a chance and Purchased for my son. He also Was Very Impressed.See you soon..?

Visited yesterday and ordered the chilli cheese nachos and two burritos. The chaps were very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are reasonable, you get a packed burrito that's full of flavour.The actual premise is a really cool bus with seating inside which is a great vibe.Highly recommend if you fancy something filling and tasty in the area.
Was my first time trying and certainly won’t be my last! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. The food was somehow even better than the customer service!! It was hot, fresh and full of flavour, they were happy to add or remove various bits from my meal (Heaven ‘N’ Hell Burrito & Bandido Special Loaded Fries). And a huge extra bonus for Selling Jarritos too, such amazing drinks to go with the excellent food!

Superb!I honestly can not remember the last time we have been so impressed about take out. Top quality food.As a group of four ordering, we collected as we are just out of the catchment for delivery. 4 mile radius and we are 4.6.All i can say is so worth the journey.Food is superb and plentiful. Visited a couple of weeks ago as a group of 5, i wasn't sure on what to expect due to being a fussy eater, we were greeted by a lovely waitress who promptly took our orders, food arrived quickly and was enjoyed by all and can't wait to visit again.

A delightful wee bus (?!) in a retail park that was absolutely worth my 1hr walk.Incredible food that his the right balance of tasty and soft spicy. Was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo! And the servers and cooks are friendly and funny. Next time I will bring more cash (as it's cash only after a certain time) to try dessert. Top notch eatery.

Great food and the website now says it can take 2 hours to receive your food - which is accurate - but come on, what sort of turnaround is that?I get you're busy so why not expand, get more staff, get a bigger kitchen? Do sit in diners have to wait two hours too?We won't be back until the turnaround time changes. Don't be angry at my review like you have with others because it's just feedback.
