The worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. I ordered an American breakfast and it came with a super cold halved tomato, the cold and raw hash browns and the scrambled eggs were a squashed cooked egg.. unpleasant. Dirty

Breakfast at Boswell's. First & last experience.Pretty shoddy ingredients, chips, expensive...£9.95 plus £2.70 for an ok, standard, coffee. The staff were ok, & you can't blame them for the standard of the ingredients. My number was childishly amusing ?I should have gone to Wetherspoon's ?

There are several reasons why people should avoid going to Boswells cafe in Swindon. Firstly, the service is described as disgusting, meaning it is likely very poor and unhygienic. Additionally, the food is reported to be horrible, suggesting it is of low quality and not enjoyable to eat. Furthermore, the staff are said to be rude, indicating that customers may not receive friendly or respectful treatment when visiting the cafe. Just tried out the new town centre Boswell's Cafe. Enjoyed an excellent bacon bap. Cooked fresh and hot. Tasty to eat and washed down with a mug of lovely coffee. Excellent service and upstairs is a peaceful haven away from the town centre noise and people. Highly recommended!

My experience at Boswells cafe in Swindon was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff and owners. I had ordered cheesey chips with bacon, but was shocked to find that the bacon was raw on one side. When I complained about this to the staff, they simply removed the bacon with their bare hands and placed it back on the grill. By the time the bacon was cooked, my chips had become cold and tasted unpleasant, as if they were cooked in dirty oil. When I requested for the food to be cooked again, the staff refused and even went as far as to tell me to either eat the food and keep quiet or leave and never return. They even refused to give me a refund for the terrible food. This kind of service is unacceptable and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's a shame that such a popular cafe in Swindon has such rude and unprofessional staff and owners, which ultimately ruins the overall experience for customers. I would not recommend anyone to visit this cafe if they are looking for good service and quality food.
