We order by app hot chocolate in but we have paper caps given. New has been offered whichbis good but white chocolate itself very tasteless. Just watery milk flavour. Expected something better. Plus was more staff and no mess this time.

When you ask for a pot of tea and it comes half full of water, you don’t expect a sarcastic remark from the barista when you ask for it to be topped up. If I ordered a coffee it would come as a full cup so why do I have to complain when the tea only comes as half a pot.

Very impressed. Despite a queue, the staff quickly served us all with minimum waiting time. Staff were also very friendly and attentive.The americano, served hot milk, was very good. Rich and dark.Tables were cleared and cleaned very quickly.Overall, very impressed and will definitely revisit.
