Terribly run store, ordered two pepperoni pizzas for collection. Collected them, got home to find that only one had Pepperoni on it, called to be told come back or pop in the next day , see Abdul and get a refunf, popped in, guess what Abdul wasnt in till 5, calked at 5 spoke to Abdul who said that a free pizza would be logged on the system using my sons mobile number as a reference, called tonight, spoke to the duty manager who told me to call tomorrow as he couldn't help, use Old Town, at least they know what they are doing

I forgot to collect my cookies and they delivered to me!! They are so nice and helpful, I would highly recommend!! I have never had any problems and honestly the staff and management are incredible :)

Ordered food 20 minutes later got a call to cancel the order, not giving time to get from a different place. And got asked if we wanted it delivered tomorrow instead!

Paid for a large pizza only to find when I opened the box when I got home I had been given a small.

your pizzas are disappointing tatse less and disgusting staff are rude !!!!and this is for everyone one who dose decide to buy one never pay for your pizza until ur have seen it and your 100 percent happy with how it's been cooked I ordered one they tryed giving it to me undercooked and covered with pools of grease was disgusting then I said ill go else where and wouldn't give me a refund had to ring up and wait for a call back a few days later to get it sorted out witch takes the piss coz then I had to wait a few more days for the refund not happy so just a word of warning to everyone
