Attended today for brunch. Served by josh who was really good. Interacted with kids, suggested items for kids. Josh was professional and polite but also extremely busy so thanks Josh for maintaining professionalism whilst being so busy.Food was really good. Recommend Cajun chicken flatbreads. Really nice.

We were a party of 16. Cannot praise the service and staff enough. We were running 20 minutes late but after speaking with John, he held our tables. Don't know the names of the staff (there were 4) who served us but they are a credit to Harvester and genuinely really do go above and beyond. When we asked a server to take a group photo, he said smile and say Harvester. All staff are passionate and committed to their job.Parking: It was busy but we could still park.

Went for lunch where we had to organise our own table wuth cutlery,napkins etc.ordered food ,from a limited menu, no steak, no pork belly,first to arrive was the dessert, when queried why dessert had arrived before main course was told the dessert was the main course.from then on it got worse. Top up drinks machine was not functioning .late delivery of mains, meant half the table had finished eating, when the other half got their food. Food was only lukewarm. Didnt bother with desert, had enough by then .45 pound error in bill amount. The only interest they showed, was when we disputed the incorrect bill, we then got their full attention.this business is not worthy of calling themselves a restaurant, like a rudderless ship, no service, half a menu,staff wandering around, with no direction. Wont be back.

Booked last minute. Always ask for Barry- superb customer service- we love him! Food was quick, hot and tasty. Salad bar fresh and yummy. Even managed to squeeze in a pud! We are here every month if not a few times a month!!Kid-friendliness: Barry always treats our 10yo well, food good for him!

Server was josh. He was very welcoming and attended the table very well and professionally. Only thing I didn't like was the time it took to get the food but it is boxing day so I understand they are busy. Very good job done by these guys.

Whats going on with this harvester lately? We only live across the road and used to come regularly but its been so bad we stopped coming for a while. Decided to visit again in the hope things had improved but it was awful. Long wait at the door before a guy ( who i assume was manager but scruffy in jeans and jumper and miserable face ) came to seat us. No refill drinks available due to gas leak. When looking at menus we were told no rotisserie chicken available ( that's half the menu ruled out! ) we asked if we could swap the rotisserie chicken on our meal combo for chicken breast instead but we were told no which i think is bad considering its not our fault that they ran out of rotisserie chicken so they should be allowing a substitute for this. We settled for burgers in the end even though this wasn't what we wanted. Our disappointment didn't stop there. The visit to the salad bar was a let down, salad bar almost empty and a mess! Food on floor, it looked so dirty. No white rolls so we asked for these and to be fair the guy went to get some more straight away. However when we got back to our table and tried to cut the bread , they were completely frozen !! We ate our burgers and left, didn't fancy staying on for dessert. Harvester I don't know whats going on but this particular restaurant really needs sorting out! More staff needed on shifts, smarter dressed staff , cleaner restaurant, and if something so major on your menu runs out , you really need to be allowing customers an alternative. Will be giving this restaurant a miss for a while and hope one day we return to a much improved business!

Long wait for service only 1 person taking orders and serving the meals.no jacket potatoes. Steak was nice but cold, burger bland, took 20 mins to get a drink and 30-40 for food, place was fairly quiet so no excuse. Gave up trying to order another drink as no staff to be seen.

Great service, we have been here a few times for breakfast and Tania has been polite and very helpful, all staff's customer service is great.The food is enjoyable however could do with being slightly warmer. Sausage's are very tasty.Thanks to the front of house staff and chefs.

Have come here a few times for breakfast and always have a warm welcome from Tania. She makes it such a lovely atmosphere and always caters to all our food requirements. Our baby loves her would definitely recommend going here!! ??

We were well looked after but I feel the staff were under some pressure with prior tables before things calmed down. Expect a small wait when busy, but be polite, the team work hard. Midweek around 7pm things calmed down and the staff could finally relax. We had a lovely time.Parking: In adverse weather conditions, it seemed very dark trying to park safely.

Our club visited here for its Christmas Dinner and overall the experience was pretty good. You could not fault the staff at all. We were a large group of 21 and the staff were extremely professional, polite and attentive. With a special mention to Poppy, who served us all evening; she did an outstanding job ensuring all the food came out on time, clearing plates in between course and generally making sure we were all alright.The food was OK, with my only one small criticism being that the main course could of done with being a bit hotter, but we were a large party and I guess some of the plated up food was sat a bit longer on the plates until it was served.In previous years, I'm sure they have provided Christmas crackers with parties having the Christmas meal, but nothing this year. I think some inexpensive crackers would have added a bit to the atmosphere and Christmas spirit.A few minor tweaks would make it a little better, but the staff and service was excellent.
