I brought five boys for a birthday meal, the service was fantastic. Special shout out to Jakub and the lovely young lady at the counter with glasses (didn’t catch her name). Very quick and friendly.
We dropped in for something to eat early eveningbefore my friend caught her train back to London. Parking was easy, but there weren't many spaces - it's mainly drive-through. I was called to collect my food before it was ready.. I had a plain hamburger, fries and an Oreo McFlurry. The food was adequate but not exciting. The McFlurry wasn't flurried - apparently they don't do that any more - and there weren't many pieces of Oreo in it either. The floor near our table was dirty...read full review

My order was missing sauce pots for the 20 chicken nuggets and my cappucino had leaked in the bag and soaked everything. When I told them online I was told to take pictures - that's impossible for people who don't have a smart phone. I guess because of this I wont be refunded for the coffee, which was part of a meal deal
