I brought 7, 6-7 year olds in for a birthday dinner, great atmosphere, Great staff, everyone sang happy birthday for the boy, and the kids enjoyed the food, all around a great night ??Kid-friendliness: The staff looked after the kids really well, credit to the staff on the night, 15/03/24.

Have visited regularly over the last couple of years. Always a good experience overall. Good is always good but sometimes you have to wait a bit for it, maximum 30 mins but worth it when it comes.

I was a as they say a Nando's virgin but mot any more. Absolutely loved the chicken and sweet corn. The sweet potato wedges were amazing ?

This is the first time I have been to a Nandos outlet and I liked the experience. We dined there as a group of two families. Food was good - spicy and flavour some. I liked the ginger ale.Ordering was done online using an app which can be dowloaded scanning the QR code on table. I found it efficient. My only complain would be there are some descrepancies between the menu on app and the printed menu. There is parking downstairs in a paid car park.

We first sat down and we were placed next to a door where staff kept coming out of and each time they did very loud and agressive and gang style of music was playing on top of the restaurant ambient music from the staff area. The food came out uncooked and I sent it back, when it returned it was cooked enough but I was sick shortly after eating it! Bad attitude from a younger member of staff who thought he was some kind of gangster! Avoid if possible!

Busy day understood but lack of staff. Only had two waiters running food. Atmosphere was okay, not best for adults going out. More like youngsters meeting up place. Also I'm sure the coke machine was watered down cos it didn't taste like anything I've ever had from those

Food does take longer than advised.... bit cold, perhaps. Nice service, nice ambience, though!

Was bit disappointed, half menu because of stock issues, was going to try something new and on top of that the drinks weren't fizzy like we did say something but nothing concrete to fix the issue. Wouldn't get this at the orbital

Food was tasty as you’d expect however the wait was close to 40 minutes from being served. Understandable if bush (which they clearly were) but they didn’t mention it when I ordered.

For the last few years this has been my go to nandos within the area. Within the last few months the overall quality of service and food has diminished. We have noticed there have been a frequent change of staff between each visit.- Waiting times for food has doubled. They often forget your food at the counter and require customers to question why it hasn't arrived with the rest of their food.- Food either comes out barely grilled (But cooked) or overdone, charred and dry. Consistency is not their strong suit.- Standard layout and theme of the restaurant works quite nicely. Fairly authentic with decent seating availability.I always give a restaurant more than one chance, however this has been the scenario for the last 5 or so visits.I think it's worth the extra travel to go to the Orbital branch North of Swindon.
