Our waiter, Max, was a wonderful young man and excellent at providing good service for us. He made our dining very pleasant and we had no troubles the whole night.

Hi travelled from London to meet friends coming from Cardiff. Swindon is halfway. The pizza express there is fab. We arrived in a Saturday at about 1.w5 so it was busy but we only queued for about 5 mins and got a table for 5. From start to finish the service was great, the food lovely. Can't praise the staff enough, they were efficient, friendly and very competent.

Came on a Sunday (I know bad idea) but the food here was fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh, and the waiter gave some great recommendations. As with any pizza express, you have to get the dough balls. The Njuda ones are my favorite and they come out as hot as hades but taste sooooooo good when they've cooled down a bit.I got the burnt ends pizza without onions and this reminded me of what a great BBQ pizza should taste like. It was too much for one sitting but was still good a few hours later at the hotel. The pesto chicken pasta was very good too!Vegetarian options: As a pizza and taste place, there are a lot of options between appetizers, main course, and deserts that are vegetarian.

Good food, poor service. Manager is not a welcoming person. Pizza margarita hardly has cheese on it.

Staff did a fantastic job with us having quite a large party, several allergies and one group of our party coming quite late. We really appreciated the patience and understanding from the staff members.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated coeliac, dairy allergies and chocolate allergies fantastically. Staff carrying allergen-free meals only brought out the relevant dish and no others in their hands.

Busy time of the day, we were given a time slot then still had to wait ages upon return. Rather spoilt the experience. The staff were working hard but could have done with more of them. They were polite and friendly even under pressure. £24+ for a pizza was expensive given the

For a group of 30 people to all get exactly what they ordered at more or less the same time is just brilliant. Everything was perfect.
Always consistent for a very busy 'high street chain' Caters for partners nut allergy without difficulty.

As usual, really good Pizza Express with really helpful staff that could seat us straight away. We tried to book online via the app, but it said it wasn't available so assume you can't book. They can cater for gluten free easily so highly recommend.Good wheelchair/pram access and space.Toilets located between the kitchen and bar area.Dietary restrictions: Can cater for Gluten free easily.Parking: There is the main carpark for the outlet centre just over the road which is not expensive and very close by. A 5min walk at mostWheelchair accessibility: All on the ground floor with plenty of space between tables. Disabled toilet located between the bar and kitchen area

Arrived at 11.40 am on Sunday for early lunch before shopping . Lady on guard at the door told us to wait to be seated while she put some drinks through before she forgot ! We were absolutely freezing in the door way , it was like a fridge blowing above our heads , so we moved forward and she said you need to wait in the door way . She then showed us to our table , there were 3 other couples at tables . She gave us the menu then went to serve another table . We decided what we would have and twenty minutes later she hadn’t returned ! We decided to leave as our thought was we would be wasting our shopping time , I do t think we would of got out of there much before 2pm and they shut early on Sundays . I spoke to her on the way out , said that the service was slow and it was so cold in there and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away . Goodness knows what it’s like when they are busy !

Exactly what you'd expect from pizza express. Good food, good service and decent prices not cheap but not expensive
