Absolutely shocking!! Too much sauce, ( understatement )about 3 times too much cheese, base was pulled and pushed so was raw, I called and a lovely guy answered and arranged to make another and have it delivered, I picked up a slice of the new one and laughed as it was a ham and pineapple, it had a few added extras ( jalapeño and mushrooms ) all the toppings fell off as it was raw, your staff need correct training!! Use the correct measurements, you have a cup for cheese, just lazy staff that will ruin your business!! Don't push and pull, don't take any orders if you can't cope with them as your going to go bust unfortunately

Wow! just wanted to say a huge thank you to Pizza Hut for making our year 6 pizza party at East Wichel School such a delightful one.
The customer service, help and support we received from Toni was simply outstanding. The variety of pizzas for the children went down a treat, they thoroughly enjoyed them!
It was so lovely and thoughtful of you to send a good luck card for our year 6 children with their SATs exams it means such a lot. Finally a big thank you to the lovely, friendly delivery driver too. A fabulous team we would highly recommend and we most certainly will be using Pizza Hut again x

I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. Paid £9.98 for 8 pieces of garlic bread that were as thin as a piece of paper, so dry and hard that we could barely eat. You lost a client. Will never recommend.
Service here is absolutely dire. Took forever to get served. Offers advertised in collection are aren't actually valid offers. Somehow it's more expensive to place an order with a collection than it is to get their cardboard pizzas delivered.

My Mrs ordered 2 pizzas last night and they were absolutely terrible. They tasted as if they were made inside the dirtiest oven in the world. They had bits from other pizzas. Absolutely horrible!Vegetarian options: One of the pizzas was a triple cheese but it had bits of burned meat and just tasted horrible.
