Honestly disgusted with the hospitality, we sat on a table with no reserve sign, asked the bouncer if we could sit here who said it’s fine then 10 min into sitting kicked off because it’s reserved, no sign and no warning- no control over that bar or

We arrived, we’re served and within 5 minutes of getting drinks we’re told to move inside. Pretty much straight after finding a table we were told to move further inside the club, and then no more than a minute later we’re were told to leave. The bar staff were nice and one of the bouncers was rude

Wow!! Party of 12. Went for bottomless brunch, drinks served 45 mins after we arrived, food all arrived at different times, food was cold! Had to go to bar for drinks after another 30 mins. Absolutely do NOT recommend this. Awful service and I feel so bad for the young girl who was serving us.

Decent enough place, but crowded and overpriced

As a sufferer of alopecia, I've never felt so hounded in my life. The manager may be nice but the rest of the staff are cold, and inconsiderate. They couldn't wait to be rid of me. It may seem like a nice place but they don't care about you or your evening, all that matters is upholding their elitist expectations of body image. Go to Woody's bar instead, or to any other bar in old town, they would have more inclusive staff, and a friendlier atmosphere, which you won't find here

Went on New year Eve, had issues with card payment reader to get in, middle bar stopped serving cocktails. But other than that atmosphere was great, music was good, had a blast

We were there early so it was very quiet. However, it cost over £30 for 2 G&Ts (doubles, granted) and 2 pints of lager. Over 30 quid for 4 drinks. No thanks.

£15.95 for a double malibu and a single vodka cranberry. The malibu wasn't malibu (it was bali - a cheap alternative) and the cranberry was out of a carton and not even Schweppes or anything. Not to mention the staff being in no rush to serve us or letting us know they were giving us an alternative rum when asking for a Malibu. Shocking!

Usually we go to party to Oxford, but this time we wanted to try Swindon City. Our choice was The bank.Music was OK, the garden place very nice, but how the Security worked , I can not belive. At the moment is 2.34am and I can still write this comment, which means I'm not drunk. We been there from 11.45 pm and than about 1.15am they told us we have to go out. Even if its unbelievable I ask politely what is the reason. They told is because we drunk.I had 1 drink, my friend had 4-5. On Friday night, and we both danced, so shouldn't be serious. I'm sure if they have cameras can proof us too. We spend some money in, we invitate our other friend too, and than we deserve this? Very bad service. I'm sure they will busy in the future as well, but we never going in again. Thanks.

Busy popular venue in Old Town. You can have a bit of a wait to be served but worth it. DJ on the night was pretty good and it wasn't over-loud. Security were polite even though they were kept busy. Definitely would go again.
