What a little Gem of a place! Food was delicious and the staff were so friendly! Husband had Eggs Under the Sea and I had Eggs in the Woods. Totally Scrumptious.

Visited for Sunday Brunch and it was buzzing. A mixture of families, dog walkers and friends catching up. Greeted warmly and showed to our table. There’s a specials board as well as a menu and all tastes are catered for, we opted for a couple of Christmas additions and ordered Mocha and Tea which arrived quickly and was lovely and hot. The food was plentiful and full of flavour. Service was impeccable, it’s a favourite place of mine and it gets busy, so book.

Visited in Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of seating. Service was very friendly. I had a chai latte and their festive turkey and Stilton sandwich. Such a lovely space, definitely will be back in future.

We had a great evening, buzzing atmosphere and the food was wonderful. The portions are large so think before you order too much. We will definitely be going again!

Lovely venue - really busy so some food unavailable- but staff offered smaller portion at reduced price, or recommended other suitable products. Worth a visit.

We have always had a great experience at the CC which is why we decided to go here again for a special anniversary. Tonight we were very disappointed. The menu had changed and was very limited - especially for vegetarians and there were no 'specials. Unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

We read about this place in our Extra Mile book. We arrived around 10.30am, and it was heaving. We were asked if we minded sharing a table - this is something I would encourage more for elderly singles, and encourage customers to chat if sharing tables. (How about a conversation menu). Not all meals were available, but staff knowledgeable and recommended other dishes, or reduced portion size and price. Food was nice, but a little on pricey side - but this could just be the region. Another Extra Mile cafe ticked off. Nice place.

Decent coffee & excellent

Very busy cafe with sticky tables. Unable to provide a simple sandwich although they offer sourdough bread and toast. Nothing to tempt one to return. Free car park just round the corner. Club for hire as a party venue.
