Driver an hour late, blamed Google (despite a street sign being outside my house), order delivered freezing cold - £5 compensation offered via Deliveroo on an order that cost over £50.When I called the restaurant I was told the driver left “a while ago”, and was told they’ve been “very busy” - shouldn’t have been a surprise on a Saturday night, and with respect, this is not the customers problem - simply don’t accept the order if you can’t fulfill it properly.Food was average at best, and certainly was not helped by being microwaved. Never again.

We’re regulars and consistently have a great experience. Boneless chicken thighs are to die for, as are the wings. Beautiful chargrill flavour and option of sauces (from plain to volcanic hot), on par if not better than your “Nan Does”…Burgers are great - love The Clubhouse.They do a mean fry and wedge which blows my mind how they’re still crispy after they’ve driven all the way up the hill to us.Honestly, great place and can’t wait to order again.

Despite the mixed review, we ordered burgers and peri chicken for the first time and it was surprisingly good.The delivery arrived in 45 mins and it was very good and lived up to the higher pricing.

I've eaten from this place a few times and normally the food is amazing but my latest order my chicken burger was rubbery and hard to bite into I had 2 mouthfulls and took the burger apart to see for myself even trying to tear it with my hands was hard so ended up in the bin sorry to say but this has now put me off the place

I have no clue what happend but today was one of the worst meals I have had. I've seemed to enjoy it until today. The burrito was cold and wrapped horribly. Food went straight in the bin after opening the other burrito. Soggy and disappointing. I wouldnt feed that to my dog. Never coming back again. I miss the old food.
Just had the worst griddle of my life! Didn’t read the notes, the chicken didn’t look cooked! Will not be ordering again! Extremely disappointed!

I dont like leaving bad reviews but feel compelled to afrer tonight. Really disappointing, delivery took over 2 hours, tried to contact ubereats but nothing, rang the griddle many times no answer, when they finally did answer we were told another 15-20 mins, by this time it had been over 1.5 hours since placing the order, and it still took over half hour longer to come, by this time we had lost our appetites. The food was not worth the money at all, we felt really ripped off, very disappointed. Understandable they were busy, but be honest with the customers about delivery time so they can try to gey a refund and go elsewhere instead of receiving cold food. The burger was supposed to be peri peri lemon and herb but just tasted like a bland chicken breast, chips were half full, for £25 we ordered 2 burgers, 1 fries and 5 wings, astounded the cost of this for what we received, won't be returning.

The food was exceptionally well cooked and up to my expectations. My partner and I loved the grilled chicken with hummus and garlic beard. Delivery was a bit delayed, or it was just us waiting for food ? Anyways, it took 20 minutes to deliver after receiving the “your food is on its way” notification from the app - it might be due to the weekend or rainy day.We are definitely ordering again from The Griddle.

Food took 90 mins to arrive, phones them twice about this and they seemed apologetic but that's not good enough. Delivery was only 10 mins away yet I was charged £2.50 and it still took over an hour to arrive.To take 90 mins on a Monday is ridiculous.Food was fine but I wouldn't bother ordering again if I have to wait that long

I ordered the peri peri rice box, it was terrible. I vomited 3 times within an hour of smelling it. Bossman was flipping the food with his fingers, licking his fingers then flipping the food again. I am 85% sure I saw spit from his mouth fall into my food. Disgusting.
