The new menu is shocking! Gone are the wholesome favourites we enjoy on a regular basis and instead we’re faced with an array of modern dishes which lack the ‘three trees’ charm. Great service, easy parking but bring back the old menuParking: Large car park.

Be aware of the time limit on parking. Parkingeye operate ANPR and if you overstay it's a £60 fine. That's pretty hefty when you are a paying customer at the cafe. Very bad for business.Parking: Be aware of the time limit on parking. Parkingeye operate ANPR and if you overstay it's a £60 fine. That's pretty hefty when you are a paying customer at the cafe. The choice of farm products is excellent and the staff are knowledgeable and all have great customer service skills. I always have a laugh and a joke with them. Keep it up folks, you're all diamonds ?

Lovely breakfast, very popular but didn't have to wait long for a table. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Excellent alternative to motorway services. Food is cooked to order. The BLT sandwich I ordered was more than expected and excellent value for money. The only down side for us was dogs not being allowed in the café - there is outdoor seating, but the blustery November weather didn't encourage us to use this! There is an Esso petrol station 100 yards up the road.Parking: There are EV chargers in the car park - both by the car park entrance and opposite the café.

We love Three Trees. It was good before the investment in construction of the new shop and café, but now it’s terrific. We go there for its facilities including on-site EV charging and convenient for us as a natural half-way point off the M4 - J15 between the Home Counties and West Country. We stopped for a snack whilst charging and were not disappointed. Their home-made soup (cauliflower with cream + sourdough) was delicious and accompanied by a couple of hot-chocolates was very welcomed on a cold January day.The staff were attentive, the menu had good offerings and really fast service.Great experience throughout.Parking: Great parking and free if you register your vehicle in this cafe upon entry. Also access to EV charging including 4 InstaVolt stations.Wheelchair accessibility: Level and wide path from car parking area to wide entry door. Plenty of room between tables to enable the majority of wheelchairs.

Stopped here for our lunch break on our way to Bristol and were very glad we chose here rather than the M4 Services. Staff were all friendly and efficient and there was a good selection of meals and light bites for lunch. We had the bacon and cheese burger and the Brie and cranberry sandwich and both were generous and delicious. Will definitely stop here again on our next trip west!Parking: Huge car park and first 3 hours are free.Wheelchair accessibility: All on street level, no ramps

Nice place to break a journey. Far better than motorway service stations. Also has Instavolt EV high speed chargers.
