“Lovely venue and good food. Parking is nearby, which helps. It was a busy night, and the staff were very good, but we did have to ask for things one would expect to be on the table already. Recommended for a good night out though.”

Bar • “I didn't use the rooms. Just had lunch as I wanted to check it out for a date later with a girlfriend.
You enter around the back in the car park. It's now an Italian Champagna restaurant. There is a door on the corner for street access. Lunch is very busy. So you may need to book”
Bar • “At Last! A proper pub. No frills just reasonably priced beer and decent food without the "gastro" nonsense. Definitely recommend”

What great people here, so friendly and helpful.
I his is also a Spoons Hotel, first time for me to stay at one and I am impressed.
I stay at a lot of hotels in my line of work and I am impressed with the high standard and attention to the little details.

Bar • “Had a meal here whilst in the area for a holiday, fantastic setting, food was outstanding, play park for the kids, enjoyed the couple of hours we spent there. Would definitely come back.”
