Roast was absolutely amazing, we loved it didnt leave a speck on a plate. Only negative comment is that my toddler ordered chiken nuggets, they were very peppery he couldn't eat
Lovely food, service could of been a bit better, we had reserved a large table pre ordering mains ahead. When we arrived we weren't given a big enough table with covers and chairs short.Mains took 20 minutes to come out with missing orders.After Mains, we had to ask if we could order desserts as they were never offered, and obtained menu ourselves.Drinks we would have to get ourselves from the bar as nobody was around to arrange orders.It was a shame as we were there for a family...read full review

Travelling for work around this area at the moment and this is the best place I've stayed by a mile! Gorgeous room with a huge comfy bed, a bath and LOTS of facilities and gadgets. Very clean and spacious and I could hardly hear the road.Lovely pub throughout and food and breakfast was well priced and tasted amazing. I tried the lamb flatbread and it was huge. Hoping to be back soon!
