Not particularly friendly, tight on napkins and expensive hot chocolate.

Coffee isn't great, a "large" coffee is diminutive, and the drink sizes are displayed only in anachronistic (i.e. Imperial) measurements, very close to the kiosk itself.

I ordered a coffee and the women with the blonde hair was vile and rude. I overheard the women complaining about her day but do another job if you treat the public like dirt.

Well despite the last Reviewer I have just had a lovely small cup of old Tetley and a good old Yorkie Bar cheaper than anywhere else one can buy them these days or as cheap as .Also it was a real delight to find the little cafe OPEN at 7.30 pm, in the very pleasant small Waiting Room, Westbury (Wilts) Station (railway) which it has there on the middle main platforms.Support them or lose them too. Far many others are not working as hard as the good lady staying on into the mid evening 7.30pm for we later travellers in the days. Very grateful and really nice dose for the journey home late in the day.I agree though that it would surely be good to have many more keen little coffee shops and with the best of all sorts of coffees and teas , but easier said than done !-, and snack sole traders venturing out onto our railway platforms for that refreshment late in the day while changing trains or the like.I hope the good Bay Tree cafe team knows even if not quite the plush all sorts (!?) being that I am sure their endeavours, and a good old cup o' Tetley or the like , here at Westbury Station are much appreciated by many !! Thanks ! . Sure they are.And a Review rating of 3.5 hardly seems fair .We all need cheer to keep up our good endeavours and that will help us be encouraged to do gladly more. And we all! are the happier then !

I've been using this cafe for over a decade out of necessity not desire! Tired, expensive range, nothing fresh, horrible coffee which is a massive shame given what a brilliant spot it is in a very busy station full of people in need of food, drinks and snacks. Female staff often rude and aggressive. Use if you must.

Closes to early on a Sunday doesn't help when changing trains nor when there not much in Westbury

Nice bloke serving, good hot double espresso.
