4 Maristow St, WestburyHad a gyro at the Melksham food festival today and it didn't disappoint, that was the most delightful and delicious food I have had in ages. Fresh cooked beautiful flavours if your looking for something to try 100000000% go here they have pop up locations as well. Anyways don't take my word for it go see them and see for yourself. Very warm welcome, superb atmosphere and the food was excellent. The food and wine were very reasonably priced and will be back soon with family & friends. Highly recommended.Parking: Council car park behind the restaurant, free in the evenings.

But the best part is that the beers are really really good, well worth a try both in local pubs and other options such as bottles and mini kegs. Perfect for a party or BBQ in the summer.

They grow many of their own ingredients on their farm and source from local producers which I always like to hear.They also serve traditional English beers.The pub itself dates back to the 18th century in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.Edington is seeped in history of King Alfred the Great defeating the Heathen army.There are some lovely walks in the area including the White Horse dedicated to King Alfred.The food here is exquisite. Beautifully presented and a delight to the taste buds.I had the Gressingham Duck breast with Roscoff onion, chestnut purée and Beetroot Pommes Anna. My husband had Chicken Supreme with green beans in Parma ham with wild mushroom sauce.We were a party of six and we all throughly enjoyed our meals. This is now on our favourite places to dine list.There were good options for vegetarians.The service was good.It is a big place with it’s own lovely farm shop on the same site.Adequate parking.The bar area and snug are dog friendly.

Community Centre, Leigh Park Way, WestburyThis is the third time I’ve had the privilege of staying at the hollies westbury . Charlie Laura and all the staff are absolutely great . They make our stay so lovely . They make us welcome they are so helpful friendly etc etc . The rooms are comfy exceptionally clean . Love it there , will defo come again and again and would recommend it to anyone .

Please ignore any previous negative reviews - these guys know how to cook and how to look after their customers. Definitely 5 stars from me. Keep doing what you do well, Saffron and keep the wonderful friendly staff you have too- they're an asset.

5-7 High St, WestburyI was in the area today for the White Horse on the hill and stopped for some food in Westbury. Sam was working when we entered and still greeted us. We had two main meals in the restaurant part and it was lovely.Sam was very friendly, working on his own, and we were still served very quickly.
