Again the food from this shop was lovely. Add this to the staff who are always pleasent and helpful is why we rate it highly.

Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered large chips & was given one scoop which barely covered the bottom of the tray for £4.95!!!!! A pot of curry sauce £2!!!!! £6.95 what on earth!

This has got to be one of the most expensive fish and chip shops I’ve ever been in. 4 large fish and 4 large chips was just shy of £60. I don’t pay that in a chippy in London that I frequent regularly. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I suggest the people of Bewdley and surrounding areas go elsewhere. I will never return! My partner came back to the car and said you won’t guess how much that was! And she was right…my guess was well under! They weren’t even that tasty. Below average at best. Clearly the owner who pulled up in the car park thinks he has the pricing just right though as he rolls around in a brand new Jaguar! Disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.

£6.25 for a portion of 'large' chips and a curry sauce!!! Wow! We have had much better chips elsewhere for a lot cheaper! Sadly, after many years of using this place, i do not feel that the quality of food served warrants the extortiante cost. We will not be returning our custom here anytime soon.

Everything cooked fresh to order but that's fine because these were simply the best I've had in years. My friend and I sat out in the sunshine on top of Trimley ridge at the viewing bench and devoured them. Will.be visiting again soon and suggest you do.the same if your in the area.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and purchased Fish and chips.I have to say that everything was exceptional,the fish was huge,tasty and perfectly cooked,there were loads of chips which were again perfectly cooked.Will definitely be visiting again.

The food is great here but you do have to wait for it to be cooked! You are given the option to ring ahead your order, but if they are busy they don't answer the phone! I have found it is worth the wait.Parking: The car park is round the back of the shop

Having had the food from here before I know that the quality of food is good but I have to say the £39.90 for three fish and chips is excessive and I will not be purchasing from here ever again, I’m completely aware of inflation and the cost of living, I’m also aware that the weather has directly effected the potato crop but to go to my local is half the price of this and to go out of my way for a family treat is now not worth it
Wrong meal sent. The machine was not working so instead of cancelling the order they sent a cheaper over cooked substitute that they thought would be OK! Had to go to deliveroo for a refund. Not to mention the price increase and food size decrease. Sadly our usual chipshop is not open Sundays so took the risk going back to here.. what a mistake

If you are coeliac don’t waste your time going here. I went this week for gluten free fish and chips and was asked how allergic I was. They provide gluten free batter but unlike most chip shops they fry everything in the same batter. This means it is not gluten free at all!! I was so disappointed because they have such a good reputation for quality. A waste of my time.

Has something changed at this chippy? In the past the quality of the fish and chips were excellent. Regrettably for some reason this is no longer the case. Whilst the fish is still OK the chips served are limp, soggy and anemic lacking the colour and crispness of the chips previously served.

Great fish, chips, roe and peas and a huge portion of complete rudeness from staff. Entered shop with just one other customer in there. Completely ignored for some time, no eye contact, no nod of acknowledgment, but the staff had time to chat to each other and also smile and greet the delivery guy. This was this evening Friday, staff absolutely need customer training. This Fish and Chip shop is good but so is Merchants in Bewdley and Pats in Stourport-on-Severn. Needless to say won’t be returning to spend £17 again. We didn’t think it was possible to carry out a transaction without any communication. May be minimum wage but so is McDonald’s, if staff hate working there I suggest you work somewhere else, definitely not customer facing
