Very welcoming, friendly nice people, always liked it here, they have fire pits to keep you warm but i think they are lit on weekends, they have even put the pool table outside under a marquee, they have tried so hard to make it a nice pub experience for everyone and i am so thankful that they are open, we have been twice this week, will be back very soon x
Nice friendly pub??last time me & wife visited was some 18 years ago with daughter & grandson who is 19 years old now ? passed by on a few occasions, can't believe we left it so long before making another visit???

A great find, it was my first visit on Sunday 27.3.2022. What a find, a traditional English pub that hasn't been spoilt. I went on my own, which can sometimes be a challenge, however, a friendly place, good selection of all drinks, clearly a great pride in cellar management , sociable, welcoming and above all friendly, , and it will not be my last visit. Thank you .
