Great location along the river and amble seating.Lots of choice for Ice Cream, cakes and coffees.Daughter had ice cream (chocolate and Biscoff) and loved it it. Good size and flavour.Atmosphere seemed good but we didn't stay.

Lovely customer service Chris was very pleasant just popped in for a coffee and a hot chocolate. Lovely hot chocolate best one I’ve had for a while! Ended up staying for bacon sub. Free WiFi and a lovely view! A little cold but it was -5!!

Poor attitude in regards to service, not sure there was even a smile.Says Gluten Free options …. But nothing really apart from a cake apparently - never told me which one as clearly didn’t want to serve anyone. Definitely won’t be returning.

I've been to Ripleys in Bewdley on several occations this year, It's lovely to sit outside when the weather is dry, but this week I sat inside with a hot chocolate and a bite to eat which both were of high quality, I shall be back again when I am in the area, for sure.

Went for lunch and put our food on another table, could clearly see the other table playing with the food, when they realised the mistake it was then brought to our table after being handled by the other table ? and expected us to eat it. The option was wait 30 minutes for it to be recooked as if by punishment for refusing food handled by strangers or a refund!It’s worth noting that we did change table and let you know about this due to us having kids with us we sat in the shade. We never had a table when we ordered lunch so I’m unsure how you knew where we were sitting! The food was not delivered to the table we previously occupied as your yet again clever attempt to manipulate the situation.

Lovely cafe with nice and friendly staff, I had the hallumi Reuben and it was delicious, would recommend taking ur family or friends there as there is a lovely view of the river too :)

Ripley's wasn't on trip advisor when we visited hence the delay in reviewing, but we visited back in February and the previous year and both times it was really good. Great coffee and my son highly recommends the breakfast pancakes. Definitely one of the highlights when we stay in Bewdley.
