On a busy Saturday afternoon we visited your wonderful cafe for coffee and cake! You were extremely kind enough to squeeze us in during a busy time and made us feel welcome and valued. We enjoyed the most scrumptious cakes and coffee! We witnessed an extremely rude lady storm out after being told the seat she had plonked herself on was taken even when you offered her another seat elsewhere in the cafe. May I say you dealt with the situation with grace and up most professionalism....read full review

There are few coffee shops in Bewdley. Piccolos is just that, tiny, selling the usual cakes, baguettes, milkshakes along with coffee. Very friendly staff, well priced for the area. My Americano (£2.50) was a medium roast, served in a cup/saucer (a double shot would have been nice!).The wifi didn't work, but neither did the phone signal (to tether) 3ft into the shop! Shame - that would be a deal-breaker for returning!

Called in for late lunch, was made welcome, ordered an omelette & salad & a pot of tea, had to wait about 15 minutes but arrived hot & freshly cooked, was lovely. Dog friendly, will return.
