Good chips. Good drinks. Lovely atmosphere. You can’t ask for much more. The staff were friendly and if you get a seat next to window, there’s a nice view of the river. Hope to visit again sometime when next in Bewdley.

We came to visit the Cock and Magpie on New Years Eve with the family. It was busy inside but the manager, a young girl, accommodated us perfectly. She was polite and remembered our bar order, including drinks and food for the kids. We will definitely be returning!

Barman rude. We waited in the que for a few minutes to be greeted / grunted at by the barman that he was going to make sandwiches so we have to wait. Stood at the bar for 8 minutes for him to not return. Found a nice pub a few doors up with great customer service and instantly served.

Disappointing lunch.Food quality here is not good and the service isn’t great either.We ordered 2 meals but they didn’t get delivered together, when the second meal did come it was not hot and everything on the plate was soggy. The chips were also cold probably because they were walked round from the chip shop at the back.I would not recommend eating here.Very disappointing and way below average for food and service.

Bar staff friendly enough and pub has a lot of character. Disappointing though that no cask ales were available. Not sure if they normally stock cask - it was a very quiet night and maybe they'd sold out over the BH weekend.

Really nice pub with some lovely stuff going on there. Open mic was great. But it is very expensive and the toilets are pretty awful.
