Great choice of ales and doggy friendly are my first impressions.Popped in with our 2 x well pub-trained chihuahuas for an ale or two where there were a few other doggies in there. About 10 or so real ales are available along with the usual Guinness and ciders. I chose a selection of 3 x 1/3 pints and I found the local ales to be on top form.If you like ale and a doggy friendly pub, you'd be silly not to pay this place a visit.
We popped in here for a couple of drinks (on a Saturday) whilst staying in Bewdley for a few days. From the outside you assume it’s going to be a very small pub, but don’t be fooled there’s plenty of room inside with a whole array of real ales and lagers available along with spirits and wines to choose from. The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole atmosphere of the pub was really welcoming. Would highly recommend the Real Ale House.

This is definitely one of the best Black Country Ale pubs I have been in. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great selection of real ales, ciders lagers wines and spirits to suit all requirements. Dog friendly, very unusual these days. Looking forward to a return visit very soon.
