The Swan has been nonstop since the refurb, great for both drinks and food. Special mention to the bar staff (Ollie and both Toms) for managing to keep the drinks flowing through the super busy festive period

Lovely pub in the beautiful Cotswold village of Broadway. We chose to dine from the lunch menu. I enjoyed a hearty bowl of soup while my husband had the parfait. To follow I had the nourish bowl with king prawns and he had the gammon. All the dishes were delicious and left us no room for dessert. We were greeted at the reception by Sarah who was very friendly and helpful. Vicky took our order in a very professional manner and between them they made our visit very enjoyable. We will return

Excellent food and service. Went a couple of times on a weekend away, service was great both times and the food was very good. Fish batter was so light and crispy, very well cooked & the roast beef was tender.

Visited the Swan on the evening of Friday 12th January. Taken straight to our table. Restaurant looked spotless and lighting was just right. Served by Harry who quickly sorted our drinks then took our order. The food was excellent. Harry was very polite and looked after us exceptionally well. Will continue to visit.

Been back twice just for the Chateaubriand! Can definitely recommend it, it's cooked to perfection. Lovely atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff.

Arrived to buzzy, busy pub where our table was ready and waiting, studied the menu with a glass or two of chapel down, our food arrived hot and nicely presented, my pork was melt in the mouth, my partners lamb was delicious, friends enjoyed their choices all washed down with a tasty red?

One of our favourite pubs in the village. The food and service are excellent. Hi highly recommend it. At busy times I'd suggest booking a table in advance, although, in warmer weather there is a large beer garden to the rear and a good size area to the front also.

What a joke this place is. We requested pink fizz, they had run out and second choice, had none cold. Selected other choices from the white fizz menu to be told they had none cold. But they could offer us red wine !!!! We don't drink red wine and if i wanted red wine, I would have ordered it. We left without dining. No heartfelt apology for ruining a birthday night. It was a shrug of the shoulders attitude and a mumbled "sorry". I'll take my cash elsewhere from now on.

When I booked I noted in the box that I am gluten free,.when I was sat at the table, the waitress came over and spoke to me and told me what I could have. It was extremely helpful and took my. anxieties away regarding the usual awkward encounter that I've had at many restaurants.

Booked a table here for my husbands birthday. Pub was as always, fairly busy. We were shown to our table by a young girl. As it was a special occasion we decided to order fizz. We chose pink fizz from the menu. The girl returned a short while later to state they did not have any of this pinkk fizz that was cold. She stated she could put it in ice to chill it for us. At the price it was, I explained we did not want warm fizz that would not chill quickly enough in a small bucket of ice. We then selected a second choice to be told they didn't have this bottle available. We then made a third choice of white fizz. The girl came back to us and said none of this was cold and they would have to put one in the fridge, or we could order red wine. We don't drink red wine !!! What a joke. We decided not to dine and left. There was no genuine apology and no offer of anything as a sorry for completely ruining your birthday night. We will never return here even though we are local. I suggest you employ a provisions manager who has the ability to cater for your customers and manage your stock in a more professional manner. Appalling attitude towards us for your blunder.

Our first time here and it will not be our last, would advise using main entrance at front if a wheelchair user, though I am a wheelchair user there are 2 small steps into the dining area, managed these, staff were very kind and courteous and nothing too much trouble, we ordered the New Years Day menu and were not disappointed on our choices, these were really good and a good NYD menu to choose from, thank you to all for making our first time a lovely experience, looking forward to a Summer day out when weather lovely, though it was warm and welcome inside for our dinner x
