I mean...I don't really know where to start. As an Uber driver who delivers for them, they're awful. As a customer who buys firm them, they're awful. As a resident in Bromsgrove, I'm actually embarrassed for them. They need to close it and change it to something else in truth. The staff have been rude to me in store, ignored me many a time as both a driver and a customer and when items were missing from my order...not once but twice...I had very little sympathy and an audible grunt down the phone. Just avoid it.

Service was shockingly bad. The member of staff had no knowledge of how to process an offer voucher and was very dismissive when asked for help. The store looked grubby and in need of a refit. The food was awful.

None of the machines worked and my box meal wasn't in a box when i asked the staff about it they took me to the back and beat me relentlessly then they spat in all my food.

The lad taking the order and the staff were lovely. The food was not good. Terribly undercooked chips and chicken luke warm. It cannot be that hard it’s fried. Post holiday treat for kids utter waste of money.

Everytime we go there though drive thru it a 25 min wait as they run out of chicken. How can a chicken fast food company run out of chicken,They say its due to high orders we been different times and still 25 min waitThey should see they running out and cook more.Bromsgrove KFC management need sacking and KFC Bromsgrove needs closing down.Had runs so many times from Charford KFC food. Avoid it don't be a foolRedditch KFC is much better, go there avoid Charford KFC go to Redditch KFC

Over a fiver now for a zinger burger on its own. £5.39 something like that. Not worth the 10secs it takes to throw it together at all.In another order i had popcorn chicken, chips, a flaming wrap and a piece of corn. Was about £5.60. Menu needs revision. Was tasty though as always.

Very busy, not enough staff had to throw 2 pieces of chicken under cooked.
Most of the chicken pieces received were either small, burnt or dry or a mixture of these.

Went to KFC yesterday and my mighty bucket had 4 wings instead of two wings and two pieces of chicken.I called and they said no problem we'll put your name in the book and give you a code for another meal next time.Went to get it today and the manager, who I have made a previous complaint about, took personal issue with me which put my back up, he accused me of making a complaint every week at his branch which is false.I have had 2 problems in the past, one is this mighty bucket and the other was overly greasy food.He got very angry and started saying he wont serve me after today and all this so I got very angry with him as I was being accused of something I havent done and denied service.I got enraged by this and he decided I couldnt have my replacement food and I was banned from the restaurant, but before I left the drive thru I said to him that he is in customer service and he should understand that the way you talk to customers affects the customers feelings.I know many people who have had a problem with this manager. He is a tall asian man. Im not sure of his name.Ive made a complaint about this guy before.Looking through the reviews here I have seen others complaining about him too
