“We stayed overnight Saturday 9th September and after staying in several similar-rated hotels, found the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa a breath of fresh air. The rooms were clean and spacious, the evening meal was excellent (even though arriving late) and the service was excellent. The breakfast staff (especially Snehal) were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you.”
