don’t even bother ordering from here! last straw this time when once again my sandwich came wrong. hands up i used to work here, never faulted the place until recently but now every order comes wrong so once again sandwiches in the bin.

Sunday 2nd October 1pm . Omg the service was so speedy. Only two staff members working and in any other Sunway you'd have customers queuing for ages but these two had multiple customers working together . Amazing team work ??☺️☺️☺️

Amazing experience... friendly staff. Took very good care of hygiene conditions... staff was changing gloves after every sandwich and wearing masks all the time... very happy with the service and sandwich

Usually love Subway, but not this branch. I entered the shop to find no one wearing gloves to make the delivery sandwiches. I waited, then ordered a Gluten Free sub and the server put gloves on, handled my bread to defrost it, then went off to touch lots of other equipment tbrought the shop including the till. He then picked up normal bread and then went back to my bread! He didn't change his gloves and started putting his hand in all the chicken and salad etc brushing bread crumbs on the floor and bits of dropped salad was brushed back in the salad with other breadcrumbs. They definitely need a lesson in cross contamination. Had to give my sandwich away to someone else. Very disappointed.Subway's policy: Our Sandwich Artists have been instructed to regularly change their gloves and to clear and clean the build area before even taking the gluten free bread out of the packaging.

Ordered for the first time delivery arrived cold - and not toasted as I requested ! Really poor service as you would if you go in _ very disappointed ! I paid by Uber eats such a shame ! Won’t use again ! Nothing like when you have it fresh !
