This was the first time I had visited this establishment and on my friend’s recommendation we decided to eat at Cafe Craycombe. There was a distinct English charm about the place the staff were very attentive and we were seated very quickly, I had the full English breakfast which was perfect served with whole grain bread in all a very satisfactory experience, I will definitely be visiting Cafe Craycombe again.

Fabulous, quality produce and well cooked breakfast. But the plate could have been warmed as food went cold quickly. Room was a bit chilly.Nice tea and latte. Will return.

We were on our way home from a week in N Wales, saw a small sign by the side of the road. A welcome sight as we were in need of a stop! Even though the staff were ready to start closing up, they were happy to make us a pot of tea and get us some yummy cake. They also sell farm produce: fresh eggs, tomatoes, courgettes, jams, oils.

Found it by chance while driving along A44. Very friendly owner. Had a lovely chat and enjoyed a soup and drink outside.

Lovely fresh food, lovely friendly staff and quick service. Very disappointed that despite having high chairs in the cafe, there was no baby change facilities at the whole of the site. I had to change my 6 month old baby on the cold tiled floor in the toilet.
Myself and my sister visited on my recommendation as I had been last year a few times with my husband. How disappointed was I. We waited to be seated and they cleaned the table whilst we were waiting to sit down. We waited a good 5 minutes for them to take our order. We ordered a coffee and walnut cake and coffee for two the price in the board was £2.80, for the cake. After a good ten minutes or more the coffee and cake arrived. The cake was rather dry which was not the best the coffee was acceptable. After arriving home my sister looked at the receipt after thinking it was rather expensive for what we had. We were charged £3.30 for each slice and £3.90 for the each coffee. We don’t know how much the coffee was advertised at but was over charged for the cake.

Never been here before, but needed to stop for a quick bite. Absolutely delightful staff and very tasty food. The soup of the day with warm granary roll was delicious. Also, the BLT of the day was amazing. Very genteel and English experience. Would stop here again if we were anywhere nearby.
Lovely little cafe. Staff very welcoming, food
