This place has definitely declined!! Fish and chips tonight was a waste of money, chips had more crunch than the fish batter! Don’t waste your money go to queens don’t deliver but worth the trip! Wish I did this

Something has changed at this shop. The quality of food has taken a massive dive. It was the best chippy in town until recently. Have the owners changed? Definitely not the same.

We haven't been to this fish and chip shop since before lockdown one.Our usual haunts are closed Sundays and I recall this being a good fish and chip shop.Sadly, based on this visit, I'd be reluctant to recommend. I see others have mentioned hard chips. We had these this evening, even though we had to wait while chips cooked. I'd agree with others that they are probably mixing old chips with fresh ones as not all chips were hard. But the fresher ones weren't that good either.No complaints about the portion sizes, except the food wasn't really that good, so it didn't matter as it didn't get eaten.Ordered small fish upon entry but it was still overcooked.Such a shame as the people working in there all seem really helpful and friendly.

Ordered a large donner kebab with salad and a little hot sauce. It was large! It was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and had a laugh with us. Only in Droitwich for a visit but I'd definitely come here again!

I wanted to treat the kids to fish and chips after school today and what a disapointment. Had to throw the whole lot away. Waited 10 mins for them to cook the fish (which I thought would be a good sign as fresh) but the batter was soggy and the fish was powdery. Chips old and cold and no salt, as we'd asked for. Just dreadful. What a waste of £23.

Do not order a cone of chips. These guys are deaf. They wanted to give me a small portion of wrapped chips. But, despite the cones being in front of them, they still, both the blonde female and the Asian male, couldn't give me what I asked for, which was, simply, just a cone of chips. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking food. Not only was the order late but the chips were not even cooked properly four different meals and not one was eatable. May as well have flushed the money down the toilet. Only used here as my normal chip shop was closed. Awful food avoid like the plague. Most went in the bin.

Have to say. Really impressed. The guy made me a cone or chips and layered the salt and vinegar with the chips. So rather than just putting S&V at the end, it was layered. Little bit of chips, little bit of SV. Classy. And he guy was polite who served us :-)

sorry to say... total s***e asked for a scallop and chips '3-4 minutes on the scallop'...puta ONE in ...7.30 on a saturday night FFS!...internet order comes in..my scallop dissappears so another 5 minutes..then 2 others get served and i am finalY remembered...i can understand it if it was expensive fish at the end of the night(which is incidentally £2.25 CHEAPER....wont be using again

Waited over 1hr and a half for my self and my kids to throw most of it away ,, the chips were white and greasy Had to re cook in fryer at home ,, a lot of money to redo at home ,, shame because Iv always said this is the best chippy around very dissapointed !

Nasty mixed kebab chicken was like slime and only one option of bits of salad one item only one option for sauce wouldn't buy food from here chips uncooked hard burger bun stale brown lettice on it

Absolutely disgusting 2 mini fish & 1 portion of chips, the whole meal was inedible. I should have listened to friends, who the food was not good

Easily the worst chip shop I've ever been to, but also by far the worst place I've ever bought food from. After ordering and paying for a veggie burger, some scallops, a large curry sauce, portion of chips, and a can of coke, the worker disappeared for 20 minutes and then reappeared to tell me that he couldn't find any veggie burgers! To add insult to injury, when I finally got home (it took almost an entire hour for the worker to prepare the food they were actually able to prepare for me) the chips were chewy and mostly completely raw. It was literally like eating uncooked potato and was simply inedible. They got the curry sauce wrong, I ordered a large, but it was a small portion. Now the scallops to be fair, were the closest thing to resembling edible food, but they couldn't even get this right, as due to the amateur way they were wrapped (all stacked tightly together) the batter on all of them peeled off when you tried to prise them apart. Finally the can of coke was not only not cold at all, it was actively warm, genuinely as warm as a cup of tea. Worst chippy experience ever hands down. Save your money and go over the road to the Leaning Tower of Pizza (that's were I went to get my veggie burger when I was eventually able to leave the chip shop), they might not do fish and chips, but they can provide edible food and value for money, something this chip shop definitely cannot.
