Went 12.30 sat lunch found a very long black hair between the potato and batter of scallop showed this to the staff who smiled and dropped it on floor next to the frier when I said should that have not gone in bin as your serving food his colleague quickly scrabbled around on floor to get it I was mortified he found this funny offered up no apology just smiled never eat there again
Got my order wrong, chips were hard, gave me a minced beef pie i asked for a steak and kidney which may i add was soft not crusty. Poured curry sauce instead of gravy, then rectified it. A 2 minute drive home and hungry ready to plate my food and it needed reheating.I wouldn't sell the public food like that.Poor standards.I was at the shop Tuesday evening 17/10/2023 i can't remember the exact time. It was after between 7 & 8.30 pm2 young ladies serving a blonde and brunette. The brunette served me, she asked uf i want my food in tray with a lid i said no thanks She poured out curry sauce i wanted gravy. The blonde said she will have the curry sauce.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered something from this place for it to be rejected and canceled with no reason. I got to wait yet again 3-5 working days for my money to be refunded to me. 1 star service for never accepting an order during delivery hours and I live in the same town so whats the issue?

Called in a Sunday night - had a doner kebab which was like shoe leather - not even cooked properly - straight into the bin. Thought this place had a good reputation - won’t be going again
