Great service by Shelly, made to feel welcomed and at home. Sat by the fire on a cold morning. Food portions generous, will definitely come back.

This was a great place to meet family, close to motorway. The food was excellent, we had fish and chips the batter was very light and crispy. The staff were friendly and helpful and even showed us how to use an app to get a discount.

This is great place to meet for a cosy lunch by the fire. We were served by the lovely " Shelly" who looked after us 100%. She had a great knowledge of menu and wine list. We are arranging our next visit!!!

Popped in for a quick lunch. It was really busy but we were still served quickly & the food was delicious. Shelly, Amanda & the other staff were coping very well & were as friendly as always.

We went for a late lunch. Amanda gave us a warm welcome, as did the log burner - very nice on such a cold day. This pub always has such a nice ambience. We always leave thinking we should come more often. The quality of the food is excellent and well worth the little bit more in the prices. The staff are always attentive and Amanda is a very good host, getting the balance right with her interaction with us. All in, we had an enjoyable afternoon and hope to return soon

Was overcharged on wine. When challenged owners by email today said I had been under charged on Xmas day. Bottle of wine was £32.00 on Xmas day but went on this Friday £41.95. owner said we technically owed them etc...not impressed.Food was very nice Friday night but in total we spent nearly £120 on food and drinks including three bottles and beers . And to refund us a £9.95 as a gesture of good will etc wasn't a option.Think very poor.As we spent over previously £150 on two Xmas day lunches. Plus three bottles of wine on Xmas day and some beers just on two of us as was making a day special as had previously lost my mum this year to a death.Maybe this survey can be re discussed etc...Parking: Good.Wheelchair accessibility: I was on crutches so to go around the back for disabled access is good as a flatter surface etc..

Visiting Droitwich and booked lunch here as recommended by my brother. Excellent Sunday lunch, roast beef and pork belly. Courteous service by Jessica and all very efficient. Particularly liked the option to have a mini dessert with a hot drink which was more than enough after such a large roast dinner.

Our family group meal had a warm welcome & we arrived early but that didn’t phase them after the busy festive season . We had a lovely table in front of the fire for 8.The service was outstanding even though they only had 2 staff on - they worked with great efficiency to give us a great experience . Food was very good & generous portions .Many places could take a lesson from team at The Robin Hood to give a great customer experience , thank you.Perhaps the only feedback which is no fault of the staff is the flooring / carpets are looking a bit tired - maybe a refresh is due .

This is the best pub burger (signature burger) around. Always great service and Emily today kept up the run. Great atmosphere and environment.

Arrived here for our festive fayre menu and we certainly weren't let down, Drinks were ordered as we sat down at our table, orders taken for the 6 of us, we didn't have to wait long before our first course arrived, followed by our main course which was a huge helping, piping hot and served by a lovely waitress, she asked if we needed anything else and got extras for us, we ordered our desserts which were amazing and decent portions, the service we received was second to none, we've been several times at Christmas and always had a great meal, everyone was really happy to spend a couple of hours in this warm and friendly atmosphere, top marks definitely be back again the landlord should be extremely proud of his staff xx❤️
