Post Xmas meant stocks were very low. As we'd come out specifically for. Starbucks I had to have a Almond Milk which I don't like. Also no decent knifes to cut the hot food. Staff were very friendly and helpful though. Just a little sub par for Starbucks.

I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks, not this one in particular but other Starbucks. I have an allergy to nuts. I usually receive a warm and friendly welcome and I am made to feel safe. This experience I had today, was awful. I made the staff aware of my allergies and they made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel as though I was a pain. Sarah made it clear to me that she would make no extra effort to clean the machine or do anything differently to try and keep me safe. I understand, wherever I eat with an allergy I am taking a risk, and I know about the cross contamination risk that I am taking! However, Sarah made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe, me and my family left Starbucks feeling very disappointed. For those with an allergy, Starbucks are usually great, but I would not recommend you go to Starbucks in Wychbold. Gutted.

When you order eggnog latte and after a 5 minute wait, get told there is none. No refund offered, but instead, 2 drinks vouchers! Staff were friendly enough, and it's a specious unit.

Visited on a Saturday morning. Long queue. Hardly any food left on display. Not a great room furniture and decor-wise. Left and went elsewhere.
Didnt eat here. Had a drink.. lovely friendly staff. Really helpful and cheery. Willing to have a laugh. Which is great.
