Popped in to get a 6 inch sandwich / meal deal for my son when I was in Droitwich on Sep 29th. Paid £7.49 and 6 weeks later get a £100 parking fine!!! Reduced to £60 if I pay immediately. I thought the parking was free for customers of the site… I have proof as I paid on my credit card! Absolutely outrageous that it’s not free parking there… I was there for about 10 minutes!

I put this review out of love, I feel the manager is taking all of the other reviews way to personal and then taking it out on his staff in order to try and please everyone, I noticed he was way to on at the young lad behind the counter I think he was doing it because he's trying to run a better store but in turn no one will respect you and they will do the bare minimum for that reason, take the reviews professionally see past the nit picking and ask your staff to do things respectfully and watch how the place starts to improve i certainly don't think he means bad though

It's a shame that this place has such low hygiene standards and bad customer service. I've noticed that whenever the staff use the toilet, they are not washing their hands. You can tell how quick someone is in there and their hands come out bone dry. You cannot hear the hand dryer and there are no paper towels so definitely not washing their hands. This is vile.The young female staff member is always dirty. Her t-shirt is always covered in stains and then she leans over your food to reach the meats and salads. She is short so her t-shirt always squashes your food as she reaches over. She is rude too.They wear gloves but are then touching the tills etc whilst wearing them and then going back to touch your food. The male tall guy, not sure if he's the manager, is always rude to this young female too. There is also food everywhere and it looks so dirty in the counters.Clean up your act Subway Droitwich.I'm contacting the authorities.

The manager here is a con artist! He should be removed! I have it on good faith from other subway stores that the manager in Droitwich is not good!He goes against subway standards and cuts back so much on meat and salad on the sandwiches that he is losing customers! Me as one!! He is so intent on saving and robbing people that he can't see the bigger picture!! Also he was vile to the young new girl he was "training" because.... Wait for it... She put too much sweetcorn on my sandwich ? also he only puts 3 meatballs instead of 4 and the smallest scoop applying the thinnest layer of tuna I've ever seen!He's rude and argued with me because he can't accept he's doing the customers over. I genuinely feel bad for his staff.He should be removed!!

2 staff members working, and busy doing Just Eat/Uber orders, and customers having to wait. Maybe need extra staff as we had to wait 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted, not the staffs fault, but come one Subway sort it out!

I notice a couple of times that the staff wear the gloves to prepare the food, then press pay machine to charge you, then go back to grab the vegetables without change the gloves. Never go back there again.

The manager he was seen to be berating his staff, they were new, it was busy, and his training consisted of harshly telling them off for not being quick enough, he kept putting himself in their part of the line and keep barging in front of them to run the line himself. It was appalling to see how the store manager treats his staff.

There were a few of us in the queue waiting to be acknowledged today 6/11/22 around 14:15. Instead of fulfilling the online orders that were stacked up, acknowledge the people standing Infront of you and get their orders processed. After realising there was quite a few orders and no apology for the wait, we walked. Sort your staff out Mr Boss man!!

The portioning here of sauces and salad on subs, is far too small. I eat in plenty of subways, and have eaten at this one 6-7 times now and can say confidently that it serves the meanest quantities of salads and sauces of any subway I've been to. I feel like this must be intentional as it's so consistently like that.
