Came for lunch as 2 adults and 3 children. Our experience was good. Missy our waitress was lovely. Not the cheapest but we all enjoyed our food.

Friendly staff and good service. Good burger and chips reasonable priced, plates, salad bowls and dessert bowls covered in water marks and felt dirty. Presentation could be better here, a quick wipe after the dishwasher has finished. Desserts are heavily overpriced at £7 when you can consider a modern British restaurant will charge £9-£11 and the standard is so much higher. Wouldn’t bother with a dessert, quality is poor but fills a gap. The kids portion looked a better option. If we hadn’t had 25% off the food it would have been daylight robbery.

Convenient location Harvester with the classic salad cart.The car park is around the back past McDonald's & the Holiday inn.The chicken options are extensive and very tasty, plus the vegan burger is excellent and comes with a hash brown and onion rings.Dessert options are good but very filling so order accordingly, we shared between 2.The mini pudding with a hot drink is a nice alternative to having a large portion to yourself.Sharon our waitress was helpful & satisfied all our needs.The place coups do with a little sprucing up versus other Harvesters.

We had an evening meal after a hectic day and we were thankful for a warm welcome , mainly thanks to fantastic service from Sharon who was very attentive to our needs, chatty & excellent customer service. We had a combination of dishes which were delicious and hot.Thoroughly recommended from the GOMEZ family.

Christmas day sitting 12:15. Arrived and the welcome from all the staff was lovely. Really cheerful and kind and made us feel welcome. Super helpful for our entire visit. The process was smooth with good timings between courses. The staff frequently checked on us to see if we wanted drinks and to see how the meals were. The attention to detail with the name places, Christmas card and salad bar was a bonus, as wasn't sure if it would be available on Christmas day. Fabulous experience for Christmas Dinner. We all throughly enjoyed it and the staff were truly wonderful. A huge thankyou. Would recommend.

Service and food was lovely and fast. Lovely staff. Can't fault them. But let down by the santa! Last year we was greeted by elves and Santa was great. This year the Santa looked like he had been on a very strict diet (very slim) and the costume was so tatty. Big let down on that side.

It's my birthday on the day we made the reservation and we got 25% off my mail as well because I signed up to the app the staff when you walked in absolutely fantastic helped you wait till we got to the table give us time for our order and the food was absolutely amazing I definitely recommend going back the steak was cooked to perfection and the staff couldn't do enough to help us there's five of us for the meal and yeah it was greatParking: Probably round about 50 cars just 100 I reckonKid-friendliness: Lots of children in there with their parentsWheelchair accessibility: Level with the pavement from the car park

The chips were stale. The steak was tough Your charging high prices for .mediocre.food..your selling chicken advertised as a quarter ..its a leg..maybe you should be looking at the anatomy of a chicken .rather than your bottom line ..I am so fed up with branded pubs taking advantage of good working people ..I suggest we all start supporting our independent landlords .that put quality before margins and the low wages you get away with..

After having multiple problems regarding the portal booking/menu system for our Xmas day dinner for 10 people we voiced our concerns (following countless phone calls and emails) to Becca who reassured us all was going to go as planned… we were notified after paying over £550 that unfortunately we’d been double booked and our mealtime would be rescheduled to 3pm from 2pm which we accepted without complaint. Upon our arrival a friendly waitress showed us to our table and started reading out the prebooked meals.. everything was wrong and we were then told that there may not be enough ‘stock’ to fulfill our booking?? Becca was updating stock data so the waitress (unfortunately didn’t get her name),, went to see her. I also asked to see Becca and was told she’d be over to talk to us when her stock update was completed. After 20 mins the waitress asked if Becca had been over - she hadn’t and we were then told she would be over shortly - she never came over. The waitress did bring good news however.. all our meals were actually in stock - this was 40mins after our arrival… starters came out pretty quickly and were acceptable… tables were cleared promptly and then we were told our mains would be out shortly… we waited and waited.. an hour later the mains finally arrived and again were acceptable… the waitress came over once to ask if drinks were required (we’d already been to the bar ourselves)… having 2 children, a toddler and a baby with us the wait for the food was unacceptable… however what we did notice was suddenly the rush was on.. we were asked countless times if we were ready for desserts as the restaurant was supposed to shut at 5pm (this was now 5:15pm .. we fully appreciate working on Xmas day is hard however it was not our fault the children were still eating after the wait we had between meals. Dessert was the quickest course bought out… having been there for almost 3hrs we rushed our final course as staff were clearly wanting to go home. People were at the bar complaining as we left and Becca never bothered coming to see us. It’s a shame as last years Christmas meal was faultless from booking to dining which is why we returned this year… we will not be returning next year. I would like to add the Barman (again didn’t get his name is a credit to the pub and a really friendly member of staff)

Xmas Day…Terrible service, terrible staff, mediocre food. Harvester needs to sack all management absolutely disgusting. Shame as last year under previous management was superb. We will never visit this place again. Bar staff were polite but everyone else needs to find alternative employment, especially Becca, what a joke she is.

Sharon was a really friendly waitress. Food was okay, not very hot. But we all had a great evening. Loved how our server joined in with our banter, we were there to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary.
