A nice Premier Inn, not too big. We had a room by a set of stairs which were quite noisy but as we were there for a short stay this was accommodated. Good links with Beefeater next door who treated us very well with their efforts to overcome the difficulties our party presented.

Inexpensive and conveniently located. Plenty of hot water and clean rooms.

Was a 45 minute drive from where work was based, but Very nice.
Staff unfriendly. When requesting for my room to be cleaned, they asked what exactly to do in there. Towels weren’t changed. They made me come and pick up towels for my whole family (2 rooms). The dirty towels they said to leave them outside the room on the floor. They did this just because I am a foreign tourist, and not a posh British tourist like the rest. One time I did this, then I argued with them, as this is not ok at all, for the £615 that we paid… Made me think that they actually don’t have even 2 stars although they say they have 3 stars.Rooms: The mattress was very comfortable, water was quickly getting hot, easy to control.Nearby activities: No activities near. Just “The valley” shop complex, KFC and Costa coffeeSafety: Very safe, the window doesn’t open more than 5 cm. If there’s a fire, you can’t jump from the window so you’ll die burningWalkability: There’s no elevator and there are about 20 stairs to get to the second floor

Love Premier Inn here. Great location for days out. The pillows are now rubbish hence the reduced star.

The only niggle we had one of the rooms door didn't lock but it was sorted straight away. And the mirror on the hanging wardrobe was breaking down.

The rooms were as you would have hoped. Clean, well stocked with towels and comfortable.

Chargeable £10 to check in early even if your room is available, dated rooms, poor WiFi, mouldy bathroom with last guest's hairs on the tub, walls paper thin, creaky floorboards with people roaming corridors late at night, no a/c. Pros; clean bed sheets, easy access to motorway, nice beefeater restaurant.
